    Everything was good. Service and contact excellent. The breakfasts were great. You can choose between traditional italian food and other foodies typical for most of european countries. I strongly recommend that hotel

    As a young couple from Scandinavia we had a perfect experience in this Hotel. There really is nothing bad to write. The staff were very polite and professional, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the terrace at room 404 could not have been any more spectacular. The breakfast was delicious with everything you need for a tasty meal. We Scandinavians learned that a typical Italian breakfast usually is a croissant and a coffee, but we liked to sleep in so we came 5 mins before it closed and filled up 3 breakfast-plates with food and pastry because we were afraid that it was going to get removed before we were full. We nearly ate it all up most of the time, but sometimes left a plate or two with some remains we could not finish. After a while we also learned that you should not leave remains after a meal, so we felt bad that we might have disrespected the staff. But they were as polite as always, and our last day they learned that we really liked omelette, so one of the staff went and brought freshly cooked omelette to us even if the breakfast was a minute or two away from closing. We really appreciated that and it adds to how far the staff goes for its customers. The receptionist was always kind and greeted you with a smile, no matter time of the day or night. We would also like to thank them, but a special thanks to Andrea who gave us a compliment we will carry with us for our entire lives. There are beautiful streets and shops along the beaches, but also major shopping centers if you travel inwards. Everything within 10 minutes away with a E-scooter or a E-bike .Be polite and respectful to the staff, they are excellent and will make your trip more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.     The hotel is clean and big with an elevator. The swimming pool is clean and is looked after all the time by a lifeguard. Breakfasts are the same every day but tasty and fresh. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We had an amazing contant both in italian and fluent english. During our journey (our flight was delayed) we had a contant on Watsupp with the staff member Elena who was very helpful. The staff also helped us with ordering a taxi on a day we were returning home. The hotel is just a few metres away from the beautiful and clean beach. The rooms were cleaned every single day. You can reach a beautiful all city centre of Rimini by a car / by a bus or on foot. We were delighted by the city charm and the hotel and we are thrilled to come back! Thank you!

    Lovely clean, spacious room with balcony. Staff very helpful. Pool non atmospheric, and dirty. Super beach literally a couple of minutes away. Breakfast average and had a buffet style which you had to be served rather than help yourself. Overall we had a lovely stay

    I stayed at this hotel for four nights with a colleague and loved the service.The room was big and very clean.The hotel staff ironed for us and provided complementary tea and snacks every evening.The hotel is also within the city center and near the beach.The staff were very friendly and instead onSpeaking to us in English even though Italian was more comfortable for them.
