  Every time I return to Rimini, I always choose this hotel, and now this is the fifth time: I believe this is the best proof of how well I feel here. The staff is truly special, made up of genuine, smiling, helpful people who can welcome you with enthusiasm and warmth, making you feel immediately at home. The location is very convenient, the parking is a big plus, and the breakfast is abundant, varied, and always pleasant. I have no particular negative aspects to report: for me, this hotel is a guarantee, a place I always gladly return to and will definitely continue to return to.   Left me and my family stranded.

  We booked for one night on our way to Puglia. Unfortunately, our car broke down on the road to Rimini. Despite it being the off season and the booking website showing availability the following night, the hotel refused to either shift the reservation or issue a refund.While I appreciate that strict cancelation policies exist for a reason, it seems unnecessarily harsh to refuse a refund under these circumstances. We're now scrambling to find somewhere else to stay tomorrow night and looking at paying a significant premium.The management is trying to hide behind AirBnB and claiming their hands are tied. We are also AirBnB hosts and this simply isn't true. We've issues refunds and overridden our own policies in similar circumstances multiple times.

  I spent 7 days on this hotel .First of all it was very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day, so they always smell fresh. What is very important is that the rooms have air conditioners and a refrigerator. All the staff was very polite and open to communication. The hotel is located conveniently a 5-minute walk from the sea,also you can find a pharmacy and shops nearby. As for food, the hotel has breakfasts, a fairly large assortment (I recommend the cheesecake). As for dinner, there are many restaurants within a 3-minute walk from the hotel, with delicious Italian cuisine (I recommend visiting the "Ilmare" restaurant). This hotel worth your visit!
