    We chose the Concordia for a trip of over 100 guys, at first we were scared by the reviews, but we had to change our minds. Never before had we found a buffet catering service with all this choice and abundance (I attach a photo of the appetizer buffet only). Then we had requested a room for a meeting and a real conference room was set up for FREE (again I attach photos), the organization and friendliness of the staff are priceless!     I walked into the lobby of Hotel Concordia. I asked for an aspirin. I was not a guest. Suddenly I find myself in the lobby drinking on the house coffee writing this review. I was met with kindness, openness and the rare unconditional service. With a background in hospitality and five years as a travel concierge - you get to experience the whole spectra of services - a variety of micro-interactions that can be divided into two categories: (roughly)- The guest is the problem to be resolved, to be checked out, ticked off, outfoxed, and the less friction it creates on the way, the better.- Problems can be solved, overcome, mitigated & resolved. With a smile. . Needless to say, Hotel Concordia belongs to the latter. Thank you.

    I found this hotel good and relaxing. Staff was kind and friendly. I found typical Italian food. I found free wifi, and this hotel is near the beach. The bedroom had a television and a balcony. I think I'll go back again.

    Hotel was clean but very dated, restaurant was more like a work canteen, food was not great. Not Worth the 3 star rating it has. Only went as it was booked as part of a package and the hotel was changed 4 weeks prior to leaving .Only upside was short walk to the beach ANGELA ROSA F, Direttore at Hotel Concordia, responded to this review I'm really surprised about your opinion because the travel agency said to us that your group was stayed very well in our hotel. I'm very sorry for your dissapointed. If you had told us your dissapointed we would have done everything to solve it. In this year your group are going to come back in our hotel in the Moto GP's period, I hope you'll give to us a another chance!best regardsAngela
