  Excellent experience

  We returned home today after a week of vacation with my daughter. We had a great time in this hotel, it was the first time and certainly will not be the last. I thank the restaurant staff who are always available, the bar boy, the receptionist boy and the cleaning lady. Everything great, everything clean and the restaurant good.   I start from the positives: beachfront location, I could see the sea from the bed, change towels every day and sheets twice a week, kindness from the staff starting from the girl at reception. Negatives: dirty. We arrive in the dining room and at the table we were assigned the tablecloth had not been changed, full of gravy stains. The cupboards full of dust, I had to clean them before putting my clothes, under the bed we do not talk about it, two fingers of dust. Total disorganization in the dining room, (probably also for lack of staff) the waiters wandered from one side to the other and did not remember what they had to serve us, very long waits, minimum an hour and a half for lunch and an hour and a half for dinner. There were three of us and if we ordered three different dishes the wait could last two hours. Often they did not set all the cutlery and when you asked them: another wait.   Disappointing!

  As soon as we arrived and parked we were disappointed, parking small and narrow, and in the following days we had difficulty getting out, because each time we had to ask to move other cars, which hindered the passage.(in the reservation, however, it says that we are free to go out whenever we want, it's not really so, and we even paid 15 euros per day !!!!!)The room was sea view with panoramic terrace, as we had requested, so we did not suffer the heat.Too bad, however, that the mattress was uncomfortable, so we slept little and got up with back pain.To have a decent breakfast we had to wake up early, otherwise we found almost nothing, the first few days passed, then when the hotel started to fill up everything was missing. Cups, glasses, knives, teaspoons, which you had to go and ask the waiters, who ran from one side of the room to the other (I state that it is not their fault, but the general disorganization). Tablecloths and chairs full of stains, because breakfast make you do it in one room, so the tables are those where the night before another person ate us, and not at the same table where you usually eat.Lunch and dinner usual speech, those who first arrive first eat!!! The buffet opens at 12.30 and 19.30 , if you arrive later you will find little or nothing . We have always respected the timetable , but once we arrived 10 minutes later there was a huge queue , and we gave up the buffet (not bad). There were also those who arrived after 13.00 and after 20.00 , but on arrival we were specifically told that a delay of 25 minutes was tolerated, so that they could serve meals at all at the usual time. But when the hotel filled up it wasn't like that.Endless waits, menus of the day disappearing, and the waiters were struggling to remember what to bring to the tables. Fruit not received!! You had to order it in dessert, like Apple, ice cream, cake. If you ordered the apple you couldn't have dessert. (crazy stuff) in other hotels I've never seen such a thing!!!!! They put the first two days the fruit ordered on the table, then some brought it and others did not. Bottom line... the fruit we could not eat anymore, the dessert we managed to eat a few times because they forgot, or maybe because they did not have any for everyone.We ended up getting up because we were tired of waiting , an hour and a half for a first and a second course , and the portions were sometimes really scarce , especially the second courses. Even the quality was not first choice, the bread if it ran out was not put back , and unfortunately it was not even fresh.In the pool they left the towels in the morning, so if you found a free sunbed every now and then it was a miracle, without even a lifeguard to check.The only positive note was the staff, really nice .Il barista very nice and easygoing.   Disorganized hotel and lack of staff, dirty both in the dining room and rooms! I read reviews with said "there are customers too demanding" I wonder but who paid for the holiday the owner of the hotel??? No because I pay I demand to be "served and revered" means taking care of the customer whether new or old alike regardless! I had problems from the beginning with the room booked with sea view goddess .. I claimed twice until I was changed room as I had requested it and on the DEA!! We don't talk about food.. I ate better in a two-star hotel, a exhausted cook who does nothing but scream you could often hear the screams with the employees.. I would tell the chef to do the calculations well because you can not save money and especially what you order the day before ... You don't have what you ordered absurd .. and tell you is over! So I eat this soup or do you manage?? You have to arrive on time 1230 / 19.30 or else you won't even find salads at the buffet .. and they do not load , But there is no !!!!!! The guys Waiters paolo Dino and jhon are extraordinary polite sweet and want to work hard, Good guys I wish you the best You deserve it!   Directly on the sea

  I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my family in the middle of august 2020. The hotel is directly to the sea, it’s very beautiful wake up in the morning and see the sea from the room or before going to sleep. But at the other side, the location is a little out of the centre of Milano Marittima, about 1km. Another positive aspect of this hotel, especially in that time is the cleaning, everything is sanitised and kept very well. During my stay i ate good, the food is delicious not too much oily and there were always the choice between meat and fish lunch and dinner both. The style of the structure is ancient, also the room follow that style, personally i don’t like it. The owners were kind and they tried to satisfy every request. The price is fair for the location and service.
