  Good property but needs improvement

  This property is about a 10-minute walk from the main streets of Milano Marittima and overlooks the sea directly; a few steps away are the main services such as a minimarket etc. From the entrance you can access the pool area directly. All the guys at the reception were very kind and helpful; the rooms clean and tidy, essential (and a bit dated) furniture.... alas, I must however point out some negative notes: the external area of the property is neglected, conveying to the guest an immediate sense of degradation. It is a shame because the interior of the property is instead essential and clean. Another sore point: the room was not equipped with a fridge, a detail not to be underestimated considering that guests come and go from the beach/various excursions and therefore do not have the possibility to keep fruit or drinks in general cool! Then the water pressure in the shower came and went... The room doors still open with a key (instead of a card).... in short, there would be something to improve. Well-stocked buffet breakfast with fresh and tasty products. In the back of the property it is possible to park the car at a cost of € 20 per day, but I recommend walking a few steps and parking it along the internal streets whose hourly cost is significantly lower (keep in mind that from midnight until 8 in the morning parking is always free) that is € 1.30 per hour and about €5.50 for a 6-hour stay it seems to me.   Nightmare vacation.

  The first thing I ask myself is who put them in charge of managing the facility. We have been staying for 3 days and it is impossible to sleep at night. In the hallway, 4 rooms with a total of at least 15 kids who, from 11 PM to 4 AM, go in and out of the rooms slamming doors and joking around as if the hallway were an extension of their rooms.   The hotel remains more decentralized than Milano Marittima and closer to Cervia. A 5 munti walk there is the barge that for less than a euro takes you to Cervia crossing the canal. The hotel is facing the sea and there is the affiliated beach "Oreste" very well organized. The structure is a bit dated and the negative thing that immediately strikes is the exterior. There are neglected flower beds, broken pots with dead plants, the sidewalk littered with garbage and with brush everywhere. Unwatchable! Looks like a closed hotel. Too bad. And then there is the staircase to enter, steep and long. Really absurd since a guest almost certainly has a suitcase. The lobby is small, there is a drinks vending machine and 3 elevators. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another negative note is the pool, to be precise we talk about the hot tub adjacent to the pool. Not working for who knows how long, bad image also this for the hotel. That's if there had been more care in the outdoor area and the whirlpool pool worked I would have raised the judgment definitely. Because in the end I felt good, the room was very large, comfortable in the furniture, with fridge and safe. Large bathroom with shower, window, balcony overlooking the sea.   AWFUL!! 3 star hotel prices from 3 stars but unfortunately I would only give you one star. Room with unstable furniture (meaning that the closet next to the bed wobbled). Fridge non-existent, wire x hanging broken, soap used by the previous guest, shower with little pressure, in short we were very disappointed. Too bad because the hotel has a great location.
