  A bit disappointed with all the services

  We stayed at the hotel in July and we were not very satisfied. The welcome left a lot to be desired, the rooms are actually very small and the bathroom is tiny with this built-in shower where you risk getting everything wet and can barely manage to sit on the toilet. We were disappointed by the air conditioning which was blocked so it wouldn't work, but luckily we were fine anyway because there was a bit of a breeze in the evening, but in my opinion, air conditioning should be included in a hotel. The breakfast was very simple but lacking in the drinks, which were not good at all; the coffee and cappuccino were undrinkable and watery, so much so that I started having hot chocolate, but even that came out like dirty water; only once was it good and flavorful; in fact, I didn't understand if it was the machine that wasn't working well or if they left the refills half empty... it also happened that the juice ran out and I had to drink something else because it wasn't refilled immediately, even though we pointed it out. On the website it says that bicycles are available, but that is absolutely not true because the owner told us that unfortunately the bicycles have all been broken since May... oh well... as for the documents, he actually kept them even though he told us he would give them to us right away; luckily it occurred to us to ask him for them, and when he gave them to us, he raised the issue of whether we had paid beforehand or not, and then told us that many people forget them, showing us the whole stack of documents he had... but it should be their responsibility to return them immediately... even there, oh well... for the tourist tax, they kept 1 € extra instead of giving me the change back, saying "we're good like this"... I stayed quiet because it doesn't change my life, but the phrase "we're good like this" is something I should have said if anything ??. Let's say the cheap price reflects what you get, or almost.   Nightmare hotel

  We stayed at this hotel with the Mirabilandia package, I have been going to the park since 2012 and in all the hotels I have stayed at I have never been told "if you don't arrive by 11 PM the facility will be closed and you won't be able to enter"; I immediately suggested to my husband that we go right away, it was 4 PM so we could check in, but we were told that even doing it that way the facility closed at 11 PM anyway and we wouldn't be able to access it... We left the park at 10 PM, we found 1 fire on the road that kept us stopped for over half an hour, crazy weather outside with rain and strong wind, and we even parked the car where we shouldn't have; upon our arrival at 10:55 PM, as soon as we entered, we were told by the owner that we had arrived in time, he was about to leave, we told him about the accident, the car parked badly and the fear that the tow truck would take it away, but his response was "with weather like this, I assure you nothing will happen, stay calm, maybe move the car by 8 AM.." even though he had paid parking that was not offered to us and garages that we would have preferred to pay for before finding ourselves without a car, but the weather did not allow us to look better and the hotel manager gave us no other choice.. we enter the room, a small room, there were 4 of us with a very small bathroom where if you closed the shower stall you could hardly sit on the toilet ??, bunk bed, air conditioning that we didn't understand how to activate, nothing worked or at least we didn't know how to make it work, under our bed there were slippers forgotten by someone, a disturbing painting that seemed to watch you, no safe to be able to protect our important things in any way, no fridge in the room. Luckily there was a ceiling fan and we were able to cool off that way during the night. The shower head wouldn't stay in its holder due to the water pressure, so one of us had to hold it for the other to be able to wash. Our hair dryer managed to dry 3 heads, 2 of which had hair down to the lower back; my friends' one actually melted, I thought it had overheated but it still didn't work in the morning and my best friend's daughter had to dry her hair in our room.. as for breakfast... I would say not bad, the plain croissants were very good and the cakes, fresh fruit and cookies were okay, but I didn't appreciate the manager walking past my best friend and pushing her on the shoulder with his fingers to get by.. at our check-out we were able to read about available garages and paid parking spaces that were not offered to us, the manager even asked us upon arrival if we had to go out again and that he would provide us with a badge to re-enter, it would have been nice if we had been told that before, considering the park closes at 11 PM and offers a light show only at the end; my friends who came from Puglia and who will not easily return to those parts anytime soon unfortunately could not see it, but in my opinion when a service is provided it should be provided in full, especially since the park does not stay open late for the entire summer period but only for about 1 month/1 month and a half at most. Furthermore, my best friend added 1 child about 20 days before our arrival for a cost of 45 euros, but the room remained the same and she was told that they could have the youngest child sleep with them in the bed. A larger room would have been more appreciated given the extra money, so everyone would have been more comfortable. Obviously, this is the first and last time we choose this hotel.   The breakfast is the only saving grace

  Not everyone is capable of working in contact with the public and this hotel, unfortunately, is proof of that. Aside from everything, the worst thing was having forgotten a white linen shirt on the morning of check-out and, when I called in the evening, no one could give me any information about it. For heaven's sake, the oversight was mine and I take responsibility for it, but it is precisely these small gestures and attention to the customer that make the difference and that, in my opinion, say a lot about the professionalism of a facility.   We stayed at this hotel taking advantage of the agreement with Mirabilandia, but the experience was completely forgettable.?Three of us found ourselves crammed into what was supposed to be a triple room, but which in reality was tiny, lacking the minimum essential space (practically a burial niche). The bathroom, besides being very small, was even lacking a shower tray, with the imaginable consequence of flooding everything every time it was used (thank goodness it was summer).?The management and maintenance leave much to be desired: after reporting the burnt-out light bulb in the hallway, the owner responded with total indifference saying that it had been like that for several days, without doing anything to fix it.?Finally, the hygienic situation in the breakfast room proved unacceptable, with the presence of ants inside the beverage dispenser.?A truly terrible stay.
