    Our room was a bit small, but the staff was so helpful, friendly and welcoming that my mum and I quickly forgot about it! Everyone, from the receptionists (including the night manager) to the maids to the waiters were so nice that they make the company motto, "Welcome back home" (or something along this) very true. We were on a full board treatment, and meals were great both in quality and quantity. Excellent location on the main street (even if a bit noisy because of the crowds), just a stone's throw from the beach. Absolutely recommended.

    We stayed at Hotel Vienna Oostende between 12 and 22 July 2025. The hotel is quite old, but in very good condition. About 3-4 minutes distance to the beach. The staff was very friendly, even after checkout, they allowed us to deposit our luggage in the hotel and found space in a fridge for our last minute purchases (local cheeses and hams).Our holiday included half board and the food was very, very good. Each day we were able yo choose between 4 options for each course. Seafood was really nice.Taxi from Rimini Airport to the hotel is about €30.

You can hear everything from the other rooms, the window doesn’t open, and there’s an unpleasant smell inside. The bathroom is the size of a shower cabin, yet they somehow managed to cram in a shower, sink, toilet, and even a bidet – to wash yourself, you literally have to stand between the toilet and the bidet. You wait an eternity for hot water, and the 30-year-old shower barely drips because of limescale buildup. Additionally, there was visible mold in the bathroom, which should automatically disqualify this “bike storage closet” from being used at all, as it’s simply a health hazard.At my height of 1.90 m, I had to walk bent over in half just to move around the room.Breakfasts were monotonous, of questionable quality, tasteless, and poor – no vegetables, only ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages, a few croissants, and overripe fruit. Everything disappeared in a flash, and after 9 a.m., even after asking the staff, hardly anything was refilled.Four stars? What a joke – this hotel doesn’t even deserve one. This is not a place for animals, and certainly not for people. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at this hotel, and we come to Rimini every year.The staff were friendly, and the cleaning ladies were extremely kind and helpful despite the language barrier – they were by far the biggest plus of this hotel and deserve the utmost respect.
