We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mercure Rimini Artis and honestly couldn’t asked for a better experienceFrom the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The check in was fast, professional, and helpful. A special mention definitely goes to Martina who was absolutely amazing and thank you for everything!She was really welcoming and incredibly kind and helpful. Great first night of our Italy trip

Pleasant stay at this hotel which is right on the beach with the entrance facing the street. It has underground parking with spacious bays and the pool is on ground floor with loungers and seating around it. The hotel is buy a busy street with lots of bars, restaurants and shops and has its own bar, albeit quiet when we stayed just the 1 night to start our holiday in Italy.Good value for money as the hotel was really clean and everything we needed for the one night. We didn’t opt for breakfast as the reason for the stay was to go run the Rimini parkrun which is a short drive away and the rest of the family hit the beach and we chose to buy breakfast in the beach at Bagno 31 which is a partner to the hotel. Avoid half-board otherwise would recommend.Staff helpful and friendly.Breakfast decent, but not outstanding.More clean than not.Gym pretty good.

Best Staff and Hotel in Rimini - just amazing!

What amazing attentive staff this hotel has, I travel the world constantly for work or leisure and I turned up at this hotel a bit shaken after a car accident on the freeway, the porter and front office manager were so helpful and attentive, genuine care and service from very well trained and extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond! I am sorry I do t have any photos but have lost them, the area is magic, local inspired and just wonderful, I be back this year and look forward to the amazing staff, beautiful location of the hotel friendly locals are area, it’s a must visit

I had booked a partial sea view room and was upgraded on arrival to a full sea view - thank you! The room I had was bright and clean with a very comfortable bed, and good bathroom. And there was plenty of space on the balcony. Breakfast was very good and the service friendly, as it was in reception. The location is ideal as it is between the beach (though I didn't use it), and the main street with many shopping and eating options.
