  Overall, the hotel is not bad. It is located near the sea. This was my first time in Rimini. The sea is quite dirty but warm, while the beach itself is clean. Prices for an umbrella and two sunbeds range from €24 to €30 per day.Breakfast at the hotel was the same every day, with little variety (boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, muesli, yogurt, a few types of ham and cheese, croissants, pastries, and fruit).When we first arrived, the shower gel was empty, and the next day the maid didn’t replace it—we had to ask. On the second day, she forgot to leave towels, and on the third day the hand soap ran out. There was no hair conditioner, and only one small bottle of body lotion was provided.The hotel also offers free bicycles.   Great base for city and beach

  We booked via Thomas Cook, and the hotel was great in advance, organising a taxi and adjoining rooms. We had deluxe rooms which had a view of the beach from the side of the building.We were b&b and the breakfast was great - lots of choice of cereal, pastry and fruit, alternative milks and eggs, sausage and bacon. It was self service aside from the tea/coffee/etc table service.Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again.Useful to know:The pool is at the front, accessed via reception. It is quite small but there was never a need to reserve a sun bed, or wait. The beach is behind the hotel across a small road. Although it is a private beach, it is a collaboration rather than free to access or exclusive. As an example we paid approximately 66 euros for two sets of sun beds and parasol. The hotel provide towels for beach and pool.To get to the main city, cross over to the busy seafront and use Via Derna to walk through the park, this takes you to the entrance by Arco d’Agosto - there is a subway and then a bridge and al felt very safe and busy. The seafront has a mix of supermarkets, cafes, shops and restaurants. My teens found an arcade and spent a lot of the holiday playing pool or basketball at the seafront.   A very strong 3*** hotel.

  Clean and well-located hotel, with bus no. 11 stopping right outside and going directly to the train station. Friendly and attentive staff, especially Stefano at the reception, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great stay. Breakfast is good, although coffee comes with an extra charge per order.For guests booking a longer stay (e.g., 10 days), it would be a thoughtful gesture to offer a small welcome package – such as a fruit basket, prosecco, and chocolates – or perhaps discounted rates at the hotel’s spa, as many other hotels provide. The promised “private beach” access was misleading; while towels were free, sunbeds and parasols cost €32 per day through an external operator. The air conditioning in our room stopped working several times, and the lobby piano can be loud when played by guests.In my personal opinion, the pillows were very hard. It would be nice to have down pillows for a more comfortable sleep. Additionally, the use of dried flowers in the lobby and bathrooms felt a bit cheap, and small touches like fresh flowers could elevate the overall impression. Our hotel offers packages with or without breakfast included; only in the latter case is a supplement applied to the entire breakfast, but we never charge for a single coffee unless it is ordered at the bar. If instead you are referring to breakfast served in the room, a room service supplement applies, but not to the individual items ordered.The same applies to the private beach, which is managed by external operators. This is a service we offer, just like the private restaurant, but the possibility of using it free of charge depends on the package selected at the time of booking.We thank you for your suggestion regarding complimentary amenities for longer stays: we already do this for our most loyal guests. It is therefore a very welcome idea, which we will certainly consider carefully.We are also sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning and the pillows. We would like to remind you that our reception desk is always available to promptly address any technical issues and to offer different types of pillows, allowing each guest to personalize their rest.
