  Not a 4 star hotel.

  Even though classed as a 4 star hotel there were no facilities apart from the breakfast room. Even with the aircon on it was boiling hot in the room.The shower didn't mix the water properly so the water was coming out in waves of boiling hot and freezing cold. There was no trash bin in the room, and our room was not cleaned during the 4 night stay. All in all, it didn't feel like staying in a hotel at all, it felt more like staying at a building flat.   A True Gem in Rimini

  Parking and Wi-Fi:The hotel’s parking is limited. When full, they suggest a spot 15 minutes away on foot, which works if you drop off your luggage at the lobby first. However, I recommend the Parcheggio Piazzale Kennedy, only 5 minutes away. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow, so I had to rely on my phone’s data for stable internet access.Rooms and Amenities:Apart from these minor issues, the hotel is superb. The design is impressive, with rooms that reflect 5-star luxury. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of HDMI ports on the TVs; it would’ve been great for streaming from personal devices. They’re dog-friendly, a plus for pet owners.First Impressions and Location:When you first walk in, the lobby might seem dated, but the rooms upstairs are a pleasant surprise. The hotel’s location is ideal, only a 5-minute walk away from the main streets filled with quality restaurants and shops, as well as the beach.Surroundings:I’ve stayed in both of Rimini’s districts. While the south offers beaches, affordable restaurants, and touristy shops, the north (where this hotel is) offers upscale establishments and vibrant nightlife. If you’re looking for more than just sunbathing at the beach, the north provides a variety of activities.Conclusion:All in all, this hotel in the northern part of Rimini provides a richer experience, blending luxury with a prime location.   A wonderful stay in the heart of Marina Grande

  A very nice hotel close to the wonderful sea and to everything important in Rimini. Many improvements made this year: rooms, lobby, breakfast. It was the third summer in a row that we spent our holiday in this hotel and everything was excellent: spacious room with everything you need, kitchenette, very clean everywhere, huge balcony with table and chairs, great staff, beach places with discount. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with home made products in a new room, modern and spacious, plenty of choice and wonderful staff. Nice outdoor space with furniture and plants and parking area as well. We will definitely stay there again next summer!   Nice enough place, nice enough area, aircons dont work so you need to open the window and get eaten alive by Mosquitos. Reception wanted our keys anytime we went out and people went into our rooms without premission and moved furtniture around which really wasnt cool. Breakfast was yucky.
