  Don't be fooled by the pictures, this place is a hole! Super noisy, small, old, dark rooms. The bathroom is a disaster; the shower has to be "built" in the moment and once you are done, you can basically swim in the whole bathroom. I won't dry, so you have to throw your towels on the floor and then ask for fresh ones because they fail to refill them. You can hear EVERYTHING, we were on the 2 floor and could hear children screaming on the ground floor at the reception, with our door closed. No need to say how much you will hear from my neighbour's room and every single time someone is walking in the aisle. Breakfast was a MESS, not enough space to sit, children running and shouting all over the place. The pool is just a sad pond. Far from the pictures you see online. Nobody was using it..clearly for a reason. We go to Rimini every summer to visit friends.. we will definitely never be back. All our staff is available for any request and need, from a few extra towels to a seat in the dining room. We are known for having one of the most complete Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner services in the area, suitable to satisfy everyone's tastes and requests, with a Buffet full of tasty specialties and hot dishes directly cooked on the spot by our excellent Chef. We have a huge swimming pool that many envy us for its size and cleanliness, and let me tell you, the photos reflect reality exactly. I repeat, I'm very sorry if you didn't feel comfortable with us, I'm sorry even if the confusion of the children has bothered you. However, we thank you for giving us your opinion which we will certainly treasure to improve ourselves more and more. Cordial greetings.

  Was on vacation for 10 days with family. 2 kids and 2 adults. We had paid for the superior package which included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved for the length of the stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit small for 4 people but you get used to it. Not a big deal. We had a parking spot reserved in the hotel's parking lot. This was included in the package. A part from a minor problem of some other resident taking our spot it was good. The staff was helpfully and gave us another spot right away.On arrival it was quite surprising to have to give all of the Identity documents to the staff to photocopy but I suppose that is how they do things.The pool was good a bit cold and the jacuzzi was freezing because cold water was put in everyday.   Staff excellent, good location, pity about the pool and room

  We travelled here in July as a couple. We arrived late at about 3am. On arrival the night porter was very friendly even with limited English but he wanted to keep our passports which we weren't happy with so we requested them back. He didn't seem too happy but we weren't comfortable leaving them there as they were only left in a small shelf that is easily accessible and he wasn't always at the reception. We were very unhappy with our room as it was very small, so small we could barley open our suitcase and we had paid money for the "superior room". We decided to sleep and take it up with reception in the morning. The next morning we informed the receptionist that we had paid for the bigger room and we were told that these were only for people with families. We were not happy with this excuse and felt that we shouldn't have been able to pay for it as a couple if they were "only for families". She was very helpful though and did show us two other rooms that were the same size but laid out differently so they were a bit more spacious. But we felt this was okay and we could deal with it for the duration of our 10 day stay. The main con with the room was the bathroom. It was so tiny and it hadnt got a proper shower. The shower doors folded into the wall and the drain was in the floor so the whole tiny floor was soaking wet. Also, the balcony was tiny. The first room had one chair and a table and the second room had two chairs. There didn't seem to be room for two chairs and a table.The main pro of the room was the air con!! It was amazing and so quiet. It kept the room nice and cool at all times.On the first day we left the hotel to get some essentials and returned about 1pm and decided to go for a swim. We were informed that the pool closed from 12:30pm-3pm for reasons unknown to us. This was a complete deal breaker. We couldn't use the pool in 30 degree heat!!! We left on our third day when we found a more suitable hotel. When we were checking out we were offered subsidised accommodation in their sister hotel but we declined.Although we couldn't fault the staff, the hotel just was not suitable for a long stay.The breakfast was very good, it had plenty of selection. We didn't eat lunch or dinner there as it seemed too expensive but looked very nice. We really could not fault the staff at all. They were so lovely, if it wasn't for the pool we would've stayed just for the staff. There was a good selection of restaurants and it's right across from the beach. We especially loved the little bar across the street called bar Mozli!! Food was lovely and cheap and they brought out a free cheese board, pizza and snacks at 7pm!! Some rooms are bigger because they can host up to four people. After speaking with you, we gladly showed you two more rooms, giving you the opportunity to choose the best solution. Unfortunately, we couldn’t provide you a free upgrade to a superior room or a family comfort room, since those types of rooms were all already booked. When these rooms are free, we can give the family rooms even for two people, but in high season, it’s very difficult. These are not excuses… we were really upset that we couldn’t give you the room of your dreams. Regarding the check in procedure, we always need you passport or ID to do the registration, so we usually keep it until registration has been completed and then return it as soon as possible.Our pool has opening hours. During the day, it’s only closed from 12:30 to 15:00, since there is no lifeguard. For safety reasons, you can’t swim when there is no lifeguard, but you can still stay in the pool area, equipped with sunshades or use the outdoor shower. The Park Hotel Serena has also lot of positive aspects, such as the location: in a few meters you can reach the beach, many shops and bars. The breakfast offers every morning a wide choice of genuine products, mainly homemade, suitable to satisfy every kind of taste.We really hope to host you again, maybe in a superior room or at our sister Hotel, just 50 meters from the Park Hotel Serena!!Best regards from Rimini!

  Short holiday to Rimini.

  Great stay at the Park Hotel Rimini. This was our first trip to Rimini, the hotel itself is about a 15min bus trip or about 5 via the train from the centre of Rimini. Both train and bus cost around 2 euros from Rimini Viserba to Rimini. When we arrived we checked in and went up to our room, the room did smell a bit of stale smoke, and the balcony looked out on to a storage area at the rear of the hotel. We asked if it was possible to move to another room which the receptionist helped us out with. The second room was great, nice view over the pool and no smell of smoke. The room was very clean and tidy although they are a bit compact, but all we needed during for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, there was also a safe, and a small fridge in the room. The rooms arent very sound proof, however this was only really noticeable first thing in the morning when people are getting up for breakfasts etc. The location was really good, close to quite a few restaurants, a few bars and a handful of small supermarkets. The beach is a 2min walk. We did walk in to Rimini one day which took about 1 hour 20mins to the old town. I would recommend the hotel, the staff were great, all very friendly and helpful. Our position is very central because you can reach the sea in 1 minute on foot or the centre of Rimini in 15 minutes by bus. Viserbella is a calm zone where you can find everything you need such as restaurants and shops. The staff is always ready to help you because we want our guest to be happy and satisfied about the stay.The Comfort rooms are smaller than the Superior: here the bathroom is more comfortable and there is more space.   Very good hotel for a relaxing holiday

  The hotel is very beautiful with nice sitting places and plants. The staf is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. The rooms are nice with compforteble beds. The food is fresh with a lot too choose from. It has a very nice pool and there is always a free seat. Its close to a beautiful beache, nice shops, bars and restaurants. Its a very good place for children and couples. The bus will take you to the center of rimini in just 10 min. On saterdaymorning there is a big market and the harbour is beautiful. Italian people are very friendly and the land is gorious! Drinks and food is very cheap but good. I wil definitly come here again!
