Never ever again! Avoid this hotel!

Avoid this hotel! We booked the suite IBIS and it was a pure disaster. Directly above this suite is the laundry. This means that 24/7 (!) the washing machines are running on high speed and it is very loud directly in the bedroom of the suite. So loud that even the bed vibrates. It is impossible to sleep.The hotel manager acted as if he knew nothing about it and did nothing about it. He did not care. He did not react, did not offer us another solution. We could have gone home, he said. He couldn't even say hello and didn't apologize for the inconvenience.In addition to that, there were the following problems:- The room is old and has many signs of use. - The closet does not open.- In the bathroom it stinks unpleasantly from the drain- The whirlpool is broken- The terrace floor is already so old that you should only walk with shoes- The staff is arrogant and unfriendly. Especially the hotel manager is conceited.This hotel is never ever a 5 star hotel and not worth this price.I suggest you to look for another hotel where you are appreciated as a guest!

Not a real 5 star hotel

We have stayed 5 nights at the hotel. Overall it was a nice experience. The breakfast with its variety of fruits gets a top mark. However, there are many small things which are annoying for us being used to the standard of real 5 star hotels. It has to do mainly with the attitude of the personnel or the rules which are imposed to them by the management. We would expect better service for the price we were charged.

They declare that this is 5 stars resort - absolutely not!! They far from that!Room, ambiance, bed, pillows, blanket, service!!! - far from that!!I think , they are frozen somewhere in a 80th... Only prices they keep for 5*.. and nothing else. The Spa area , gym, lobby... it was made last century...Please! Be realistic and can be 4* stars.... maybe...

My room was called "Diodema" which was a premium suite. So here are my thoughts...The room:Pros:+The maids came early and cleaned everything up quickly+at 7pm maids quickly changed towels, etc.+big rooms+unique bathroom desings+jacuzzi (wow!!)+big terrace with tables and etc.+comfy bedsCons:-there are doors made of glass, be careful-sometimes the water from jacuzzi goes away (literally)Hotel overall:Pros:+great service+rich breakfast+you have an access to pools of partners+you can sit outside on comfy chairsCons:-At the hotel's partner restaurant, it was quite annoying how 4-8 waiters were around us and every 5 minutes coming up to our table.-even though the partner hotels are on the same street, still sad that there is no pool in the hotel.-on breakfast, pancakes are cold so do not forget to heat them (more like a tip, not a con)-the wifi is really slow and you cant use itThe beach:Pros:+Close to hotel+Restaurant and big choice of ice cream+many spotsCons:-the food in restaurant is average, piadina and pizza are likely to be heated up from those frozen ready-to-go food from the supermakets. The perfect stay on the italian adria coast!

We travelled a lot, especially in italy, but for us Milano Marittima and there the Waldorf / Premier Suites are the perfect location for the adria coast.About Milano Marittima:- nice crowdy village- great restaurants (e. g. Al Caminetto)- good shopping- real italian atmosphere (only a few german speaking guests ;-))About Waldorf / Premier Suites:- they offer unique rooftop suites with huge terraces and whirlpools on it- modern environment- great and friendly staff- breakfast until 12:00 AM- and really italianIn short: We like!Thanks a lot and see you soon!
