    This is a grand hotel, with very comfortable and clean amenities. The staff all work very hard and are unfailingly in the right profession- smiling and welcoming and helpful. The outdoor pool area is well-used and has no time limit on how long you stay; the towels are provided in the spa area for both the Spa (if you have booked this) and the pools. The Spa is time- limited to 3 hours a day and there are several saunas, a pool and several jacuzzis. Footwear and robes are provided (but robes must not be taken away).There are at least 4 places to eat without leaving the hotel and breakfast has great choices to suit all palettes and includes a good range of gluten free foods.The sea is literally across the road and there is a supermarket, chemist and other shops on the other side of the hotel. We used the train and bus to go to Ravenna and to San Mareno and other trains and buses went as far afield as Venice, Florence and Bologna.

    This Hotel Is Absolute Hell

    The noise is absolutely insane. The bar next door plays LIVE MUSIC WITH DRUMS until around 3 AM. Forget about sleeping — it’s basically impossible. Your only chance is seriously heavy-duty earplugs, strong enough to block out live drums through the walls. At that point, your ears will probably hurt more than the noise itself.“Connecting rooms” are not really connecting rooms — there’s a shared hallway between them, with a light that cannot be switched off. The door doesn’t stay open either, so you can’t leave the kids separately.The room is ridiculously small for this price. The renovation is also pretty mediocre and not particularly fresh.The elevators are painfully slow — expect to wait 5–7 minutes just to go up or down.

    A modern hotel close to beach with all amenities needed. Friendly staff, 4 restaurants with excellent choices, in particular the Japanese/ Brazil one. A garage is available too.

    I visited this spa yesterday with some friends and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.The changing area is extremely small and very stuffy. It was honestly hard to breathe because the air felt heavy. There are only two toilets and three showers, and almost no space to change. There are only two small poufs to leave clothes on, while there were already many people, even though it was just Thursday. I cannot imagine how crowded it must be during the weekend.There are also no private changing cabins, so you have to change in front of everyone, which is uncomfortable for many people.Inside the spa the air also felt heavy and unpleasantly hot. Some of the pools had quite cold water, to the point that I was actually freezing, which should not happen in a spa.In the area where hot drinks such as tea are available there was no hot water, so it was not even possible to make a drink.Another disappointing point was the attitude of the staff. We were simply talking with friends at a normal volume, but the staff came several times asking us to be almost silent, while the music in the spa was louder than our voices.At 9 pm we were told the spa was closing and we left the spa area on time. However, the changing room was extremely crowded with a long line for the showers, since there are only three. There is no space to change, and at the same time staff members kept coming in telling people to hurry up and leave. It almost felt like they were rushing everyone because they wanted to close and go home.Instead of being relaxing, the whole experience ended up being quite stressful.Unfortunately this was my first and last visit. I would not recommend it.
