    Magnificent Christmas

    We arrived at the hotel Zurich on Christmas Eve. We found ourselves excellent Antonella and her sister did not miss anything. Brilliant and spotless hotel and also the room with all amenities. Very good the schef cooked plentiful and delicious 😋 especially the Christmas lunch looked like a wedding and in the evening we had fun playing bingo I won 3 entrances to the Spa for two people .The breakfast was super there was everything even fresh and dried fruit .We thank Antonella, her sister and all the staff.     We were greeted with a snout, by a annoyed and rude woman, who tried to make us pay the tourist tax beyond those paid on booking.Shabby place. Some places should not even exist, they are lucky because they are on the Riviera and there is plenty of tourism. If there is an ugly Hotel where you can go to sleep and have breakfast it is this. I wouldn't even go back for free. Rude staff apart from a girl who had a minimum of kindness and friendliness. Poor breakfast poor variety. Then by 8.40am, the boiled eggs were already gone. When with kindness and politeness I asked for them, they brought me with a manifestly annoyed expression an already broken and open egg telling me that there was only that. For some gluten-free packaged products I had to pay 5 Euro more. The bidet is missing, the only good thing is the new windows. It was our unplugging of this summer 2025, and being around people like that is really bad....It is certainly a very bad place and absolutely to AVOID.     Bad hotel, the food is of poor quality and often heated from the day before, I went travelling with the school and when we started eating we found the bread mouldy, the rest of the food was of poor quality. As for the service it was a bad experience, the waitress was gouge, unpleasant and rude, in fact it happened that we wanted to eat for breakfast and did not allow us to take a croissant (which was supposed to be Nutella but was practically empty saying that we had taken too many things (we had only taken a croissant) and also told a friend of mine that she eats too much. As for hygiene, to emphasize dust EVERYWHERE. The hotel has quite a few things to review (especially about cleaning) since under the bed there was a package of Ringo that was not taken off in 5 days. The rooms were small and indecent, in fact in my room the bathroom door did not close and the plaster was decadent. The night was a nightmare, the pillows were non-existent and the mattresses of the stones. Overall it is BAD and I would not recommend it to anyone.     Nice little hotel

    We spent two nights in this hotel and everything was as it should be. Staff is very friendly and they try to help as much as they can. They hardly speak any english, but somehow we were able to understand each other. Rooms are nice and clean, wifi works perfectly. You must pay 5 eur per day for AC, but that's OK. The only thing I was missing is refrigerator in the room.
