    Great find within the Aurelian Walls

    This place was such a find! We (family of 3) met up with friends (family of 4) and booked here for its location and the ability to have adjoining rooms. Turns out what we had was beyond that, a common entry space with chairs and plenty of room. The check in went smoothly and we were even gifted a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our reunion. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfy, good showers, great AC, and very spacious for such a central location--which is a really great spot. My one tip for folks is to have someone run up to reception first because there's a code for the elevator, so don't lug your bags up the stairs because you don't have to.

    tl;dr STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTELFull story:I had a booking for a time when italy was in lockdown (april 2020), for few hotels in various locations in Italy. all the other hotels gave me a full refund, except this hotel that gave me a 1 year voucher - promising that if we couldn't come in 1 year time, a new voucher will be sent.Obviously, we couldn't come before April 2021,due to covid situation.When i tried to make a new reservation last week for September, using the voucher i have, they emailed me that the management changed during 2021 and they won't respect my voucher because it has expired.Showing them the email from the last owner about promising to resend a new voucher didn't help.Save yourself the time and the aggravation, especially in a dynamic covid situation.Pick a different hotel in Rome.

    I recently booked 504 Corso Suites Roma and they are not as advertised. 1st they claim they are a hotel luxury suite but they are not, they are an Air B and B, and they are not luxury. Second, they claim they offer breakfast buffet, but they don't. They only offer a child size individual milk carton with one pre packaged pastry croissant, and a small individual box of cereal. Third there is no lock on the inside of the room, so it is not safe. When i asked the gentlemen that was checking us in he yelled at me, took my money and kicked me out all because I said "this is not as advertised" thank goodness I have it all on tape recording. I have been in contact with the Italian consumer affairs department because this place won't call, email or refund me. Don't be fooled like i was by reading the reviews, i bet they are all there friends and family reviewing them.

    The Accomodation was close to the shops and a walk from Trevi Fountain and close seconds from Piazza Del Popolo. You had some high end shops but also a H&M store on Via Del Corso.Lots of places to eat as well.The accomodation was very modern,clean and looked like was recently refurbished.Space was compact but had everything you would need.

    30 minutes walk to the Vatican or the Colosseum. Breakfast was not great, consisting of cereal and packed buns. Went to Milan and Florence before staying in Rome, definitely a much bigger place overall. As it is sort of an apartment, don't expect hotel levels of service. Take note, most taxis do not drive to or stop at 504's door step as del corso is in a car free zone (except police and military vehicles). You will need push your luggage for 5 minutes at most drop off or pick up points.
