    They Cancelled on Me after Arrival

    My family and I were greeted by no one at reception. I called a phone number to inquire about how to check in and was told that my stay was cancelled and I would have to leave. Never-mind that I was travelling from the USA with wife and 17 month baby for a weeks's stay. I trekked up the three flights (with everyone's luggage) to the kitchen and was rebuffed by a phone call. I was able to find a much nicer hotel nearby after some searching on the ground. I was highly disappointed with the treatment I received.

    The B&B is in the best location in Rome 2-minutes away from Fontana di Trevi. But the rooms were too small that 2 people were struggle to live there for 5 days. For that kind of accommodation it were too expensive for 5 days! A lot of people ask me where they can stay in Rome and i didn't suggest this hotel.

    The best location at the Trevi Fountain. Very clean big apartment in a small silent street, romantic and historical. Hot water, good heating, big comfortable beds. We received more then we expected. Maria is really generous and nice person.

    Me and my friend recently stayed here and wouldn't recommend it! Arrived at the b&b to our keys in a plant pot, could hardly fit both our suitcases in our box room.There was also a sign on the door saying it is not their responsibility if anything gets stolen out our rooms if the door isn't locked yet when we came back from a day out after our room being clean our door was left unlocked

    Location of this Hotel is perfect. You can easily walk and travel all the important culturel places from this hotel.But, their breakfast is not good. They are only giving a cup of tea and a croissant.Also, we requested them to provide a double bed, but they gave us 2 separate single bed. And one of the bed was broken!If you are expecting a comfort in this hotel, it is hard to find here. But if you come to Rome only to travel places easily, then i suggest you to stay in this Hotel.
