    this is an outrageous fraud. a minus one star hostal. not a hotel. horrifying.

    this is a fraud. don't ever go to this as much as a minus one star hostal. not a hotel. not a three star hotel. these are simply rooms in one floor of a private condominium building. the entrance is dirty as hell. an outrageous fraud. worse than a motel.

    This hotel is not as advertised, the room we were presented with seemed to be in a basement area with a weird dangerous mezzanine stairwell as access.We were immediately hit with a very strong mould smell, found a tiny bathroom that required a contortionist to get to the toilet as it was wedged against the wall and the sink. The toilet seat was also very loose and moved sideways. The shower holder was 6ft high, also dangerously loose and as such the shower head fell a number of times.The location of this hotel is great so we decided to stick with it and asked for the toilet to be fixed and the shower holder.We were told it would be fixed the next day. We went out and came back the next day (10pm) and nothing was fixed. We were again told the next day and offered the use of the shower in the room next door.This room was horrific with an even worse mould stench and a cracked wall leaking water!! At this point I checked out and left, we only received a partial refund through hotel.com even though this was shocking. I have never seen such a sight in 40 years of travelling. Do not go there.

    This hotel is the epitome of false advertising and the hotel staff pretends to be clueless that they are pulling the rug over everyone’s eyes. When I arrived, my partner and I were shown to our room and absolutely horrified. I live in NYC and am accustomed to tiny apartments but this was beyond anything I had ever seen. The bed takes up the majority of the floor. Every appliance in the bathroom is touching the other and they are all dirty. The hotel soap is in plastic packets. When I complained to the concierge and let him know I was disappointed with the room and hoping to move elsewhere he said I could not and it was not refundable in any way shape or form because I had already used the shower…The concierge claimed that all the rooms in the hotel are shown online which is completely untrue - the room we had is not shown anywhere. If we had seen it we would NOT have stayed here. ADDITIONALLY - the hotel booking site says they offer free breakfast. On first site of the hotel I couldn’t imagine that it was true but I thought I’d ask anyway as we had booked the hotel with breakfast included in order to save money, The concierge informed us there is no food offerings in the hotel and it is not a “luxury hotel”. Mind you, the sign outside says “939 Luxury Hotels” lol. Wish I could get the money that I spent here back. By far the lowest low of our otherwise amazing trip.

    Old, rundown and we only have a small thin, worn-out old single blanket for a double bed and they can't offer me anything more till Tomorrow so I'm going to be very uncomfortable tonight. Also, our AC only functions on heat :( so during the day when it is warmer we are going to have to have the window open and it is so noisy! The bathroom is dated. The bed sheets are clean at least. Also, there are stairs to the lift and then stairs from the lift to the reception so we had to haul our luggage up. The TV is at an angle that makes it hard for both of us to watch from the bed. This is the worst review I have ever had to post. The location is central and a plus.

    The location is good but otherwise a negative experience. A LOT of noise coming in from the street throughout the day and night and through the paper-thin wall. Tiny shower that is unpleasant to use. The hotel is located on the second floor of what seems like an office building and requires buzzing and talking with the receptionist every time you want to enter the building. Having a guest over was also very burdensome. However, the main reason I had a bad experience is because on check out day, despite ample availability, when I asked to check out at 12pm instead of their standard 11am, the reception told me to read the sign on his desk. He didn’t even answer my question directly. I asked if it was 30 euros for the one hour extension and he said yes. I found this unreasonable given that the nightly rate I paid was 100 euros.
