  Wonderful staff, cozy hotel, ideal location.

  The hotel’s own website will describe its various services and amenities, so I’ll add only a few comments:1. It is quite conveniently located near the Colosseum and Forum, Termini train station, Cavour metro station, and many cafes, grocery stores and other shops, etc. Many important sites are quite walkable from the hotel. 2. The multilingual staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and kind, and gave us valuable advice on walking directions, restaurants, logistics of visiting various sites, etc. 3. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. 4. If you arrive at Termini station (either from another city or on the airport express train), the charming hotel is a pleasant and rather straightforward downhill ten-minute walk from the station. But you probably should take a taxi BACK to Termini rather than dragging your luggage uphill.

  Great experience. Everything from booking to arranging airport pick up was easy and straightforward. Our room was ready early so we were able to leave our bags on the first day while we went out to explore. On the last day we left bags with the reception so we could go out and then collect them before travelling to the airport. The family room was clean and comfortable and a good size for 2 adults and 2 children. We walked everywhere and felt the hotel was in a good location. The furthest we walked was the Vatican which was about an hour away but we made stops along the way so it didn't feel too long. The area was quiet at night. We couldn't hear any noise from within the hotel. Breakfast was bread and pastries which we found ok to start the day. The staff were all helpful and polite. I would stay here again and recommend if anyone is looking for an affordable place to stay.

  We were unsure what to expect when we booked this hotel, and we were very pleasantly surprised. I would say that the room condition was even better than the photos, the layout was perfect for our family of five, it was clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast that was provided was sufficient, the daily service was excellent, and the location was great… Quiet, walkable, a lot of cute shops, and small restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere except the Vatican. Highly recommend this to any family looking for a comfortable accommodation!

  Very good place, comfortable, good location, closely to the main atraction in Roma and Italian Restaurant and Roma Terimi. Very clean, good room and service. I recomend it.

  A great hotel/apartments in a excellent location.We found the Inn with ease and was just a 10 -15 min walk down the main street from train station.A very good base to explore all Rome has to offer.We had a family room to sleep a family of 5. The room itself was the nicest and biggest I've stayed in, was very well presented and had it's own kitchen area in separate room. The air conditioning was really good and cooled down whole apartment and rooms, ideal when trying to escape the 35 degrees summer heat. The bakery breakfast baskets were a nice touch too. All attractions are within a 20 min walk in various directions.Will definitely be back.
