    This hotel massively fell short. It is definitely not a 4* hotel. Dated, tired, dangerous pool hazards, holes in bed sheets, noisy room, noisy old air con.... the list goes on. Poor breakfast offering and unfriendly staff at the pool bar.

    Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Large room with separate sitting room and kitchen. Staff very friendly and nice breakfast too.     Nice hotel, slightly spoiled by traffic noise

    Recently returned from a city break to Rome and stayed at this hotel. It is situated away from the hustle and bustle of city centre, an hours walk to the colosseum. The suite we had was very nice, spacious, lots of draw and wardrobe space. We had a hiccup with a faulty door lock, which was quickly resolved. The staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful. Cleaners were equally pleasant and amiable. The breakfast choice was varied and again staff very nice. The only downside was the fact there were trams running from 5:30am and 12pm daily straight past front of hotel, which was helpful as stop near by, but it was noisy, particularly our room at the front. Ear plugs recommended.     Good location within walking distance of all the major attractions. Next to a lovely park. We had a suite , which was an upgrade with a bedroom, bath, sitting room and kitchenette. Breakfast included friendly staff great off peak price.
