  I am totally disappointed by Nicole Suite

  Unfortunately I can't say it was good, the accommodation in a miserable room. There were cockroaches, the room had a terrible smell every time I came in from outside, the air conditioner was leaking water on to the wall, there was no accessory in the bathroom to hang towels. We were misled into thinking that we would stay in the apartment at Amoroma Suite but they gave us the room at Nicole Suite, and for nothing they wrote Suite because it is not even remotely a Suite room, and of course I work in the hotel reservations field in my country and I know. Good people, don't be misled by the pictures you see, it is not what is pictured. On the day of departure, the elevator didn't work anymore, being of course ancient, and we had to go down from the 3rd floor with our suitcases on the stairs :)) The only good thing is the location close to Roma Termini Station. The price is too expensive for those conditions. I don't recommend Nicole Suit at all

  Awful and unpredictable

  Housekeeping left the door to our room unlocked 2 times in a row even though we pointed this out the the front desk how said our door couldn’t be opened from the outside even if it wasn’t locked. This was not true and we filmed how easily the door opened. Felt very inconsiderate and uneasy for our private belongings.The rooms are very cold and chilly, and the hot water is not unlimited so you can expect a cold shower. Second part they offer transfer help to airport which we booked and got confirmation- stood outside 30 mins in freezing cold and no taxi showed up, several calls to the driver and tried to call the front desk for help with a new taxi without any answering. Luckily we stopped a taxi and made it to the airport in time. Overall would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this place. Will not rebook this hotel at any coast.

  Worst booking I have ever made - DO NOT STAY

  I booked this thinking it was a modern guest house based on the pictures and some reviews… well, I was wrong. We arrived at AmoRoma to be greeted by a woman who took us up to get checked in, I thought this is off to a good start. She then took our passports to scan them and then after what I can only describe as looking us up and down, then told us we’d be staying across the street and a colleague would meet us outside, so we left AmoRoma (which I booked and paid for) to go across the road.I was puzzled as was my mum (which by the way I had this booked as a birthday gift for her) by being asked to go elsewhere and why we weren’t being shown to the correct room at the location booked. Then her ‘colleague’ greeted us and took us up to another apartment complex where she took our passports and scanned them. We were then shown to our room which upon entering my heart sank immediately. She explained about the amenities and as she left I burst into tears realising we had been conned and my mums birthday trip was ruined minutes after checking in. The room we were promised and what you see on Trip Advisor is nothing like the one we were given. I thought we were getting something modern and recently renovated and what I received was the wrong guesthouse/hotel, old/aged, dingy, dark, dirty and the bed was so uncomfortable. I think they saw us as two British women and thought they could get away with moving us to another premises and thinking we’d just take it. I think they are disgusfing and disgraceful for moving us to something I did not pay for and when I tried to explain this to them, they couldn’t understand what the problem was???? I mean really. We were forced to book another hotel altogether because we couldn’t stay there.They are con artists at their finest, so please DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION! A 1 * is even too high for them and their awful behaviour. daniele casicci, Proprietario at AmoRoma Suite, responded to this review is mandatory to compolete the check in, it means that you have to give us your ID's or passport, and as you have writed you are from UK, you bExit and your IDs is not valid... whitout your passport you can not enter into an hotel.

  Great Stay

  First time in visiting Rome and was unsure as to where to stay location wise. Amoroma was the most perfect location due to short walk to Termi station. Pleanty of little shops and resturants outside of the property. Room was clean an spacious.Breakfast provided by Pit Stop Cafe around the corner and was absolutely delicious.We used the Big Bus hop on hop off which would highly recommend. Only negatives (was not hotels fault) we had a delay due to the IT worldwide issue so arrived at the airport 1am. Taxi details were given by hotel to contact on arrival which the driver failed to answer so was stranded until 2am. If you travel on an afternoon/evening I would advise to pre book a taxi as its almost impossible to just flag one down and a lot don't go into the city. Would definitely book this hotel again as no issues other than transfers when arrival in CIA.

  Terrible dirty bathroom not acceptable

  We got 2 nights in this hotel as present in smartBox. Location is good and owners seem nice. Unfortunately I have to write bad review beacuse is misleading photographs that show not real quality of rooms, bathrooms. Place is not really clean and things are broken ( can close window that points noisy street ) . Additionally things are just not clean properly since years and you can see it clearly that it’s lack of care from side of owners. The worts it’s bathroom it’s terrible and I haven’t seen anything like this since years. How much cost to change shower curtain that look like crap. How much cost to buy vinegar and detergents to clean propably shower !? It’s just unacceptable ! To owner: do you also keep your owners privet shower in that condition ? I would not recommend this place to anyone and things like this shouldnt be accepted.
