  Excelent night in Rome

  The three of us were literally there for one night for the Italian Cup Final on May 14-15 this year. It's been a long time since we felt so nicely hosted. The owner is a warm, kind and wonderful person. She cooked us a delicious breakfast herself with attention to the variety of products. The room was clean, cozy and belonged to a dedicated bathroom with basic utensils. Our sincere thanks and greetings.

  Our host Gabriela was amazing, helping us from the beginning when we made reservation until the end of our trip when she helped us to book bus shuttle and show us where is bus station. She makes very friendly atmosphere and chat with guests helping them in exploring beautiful city Rome and Vatican. Location is excellent, very close to Vatican, Metro station and to famous city cites. With breakfast every morning, made by Gabriela, this place is just excellent for any traveler.   A perfect place to stay in Rome

  At the beginning of October we stayed at Anette B&B.Gabriela is the perfect host. She gave us a lot of information about the points of interest in Rome. The location is excellent. The cleanliness and the very rich breakfast should be noted Many means of transportation in immediate vicinity.Thanks to Gabriel for the help with the luggage.We will come back anytime with pleasure to Gabriela .

  Almost Perfecto!

  Recommended to us by a friend. Very comfortable, very basic, good security. Excellent central neighborhood, easy walk to everything most tourists want to visit. Comfortable room, large bed. Street-front room, some traffic noise but shutters soften it and we slept soundly. Private bath, clean and just large enough. Hostess Gaby is great! Breakfast is coffee, pastry, juice, etc. Refrigerator space available for guests. Downside: our stay was 5 days and we need laundry. There is a washer here but no way to dry wet clothing. Unless you want a hotel at hotel rates, this is a good, if slightly imperfect, value. We would definitely return.

  Perfect location and friendly welcome!

  This bnb is in the perfect location. Firstly, the airport bus stops outside the front door, and the return stop is just across the road. Its on a busy road, with plenty of good restaurants. There is a convenience shop within 5 minutes. The Vatican is a 10min walk away, and it is located beside Castelo Saint Angelo. It took approx. 40mins to walk to the colosseum. It is close to the river, so easy to get across to the other side of the city. We didn't use the transport, as we walked everywhere, but there are plenty of bus stops close by. The area itself felt really safe. The BnB itself is just 3 rooms, 1 ensuite, and the other two have private bathrooms, located across the small corridor. The rooms were very clean, and Gabriela tidied them every day. Our room was huge, with a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, and wardrobe. There are shutters on the window, which eliminate any noise from the road outside. There is a small kitchen, where you can store items in the fridge. Gabriela provides a good breakfast - continental, yoghurts, fruit, croissants, toast etc. Plenty to keep you going! Gabriela is so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. On arrival, she provided us with a map and highlighted all the key areas to go too, including her top tips. If you go here, follow all the recommendations! Gabriela even let us leave our luggage there on the final day without any problems. If you go, definitely visit the Vatican (book tickets in advance as long queues), get up early and go to St Peters basilica at 7am (its worth it, then head back to the bnb for breakfast), visit Castelo St Angelo (use the Roma Pass here to skip the queue), Zanzar is a nice place for a spritz (go at 6pm for some free canapes), Casetta Di Trastevere (great food, good value) and the ice cream place the Gabriela recommends is a must (even if you think its a bit far away).We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back in the near future!
