    Great place, clean, very well located! Parking spot is a plus and Anthony is super nice and helpful! I recommend it 100%. We stayed in a 3 bedroom room and the space is good enough! There is also a washmachine in case you need to wash clothes! I liked the fact that there is also a kitchen available, so you can do your meals if you want! ☺️

    Pros: Good location, walking distance to all amenities and Termini.Clean room, clean sheets.Friendly staff who are present to check you in, after which they are absent.It is essentially a self-service guesthouse. About: Forget the 5 stars. It's a modest 2-3 stars at best. It's basically an old apartment on the 5th floor in one of Rome's grand old townhouses. It's been divided up into 6 rooms, all ensuite. Questionable decor.Cons: The dividing walls are paper thin. Whatever your co-guests are doing, you will hear it - flushing toilets, hour-long showers, conversations, TV shows, crashing shower cubicles - you will hear it all. My a/c turned on, but didn't cool. Conclusion: if you are not fussy, and don't want to pay an arm and a leg, this is for you. Just don't expect anything remotely 5-star.

    We stayed for three days at Anthony's guesthouse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The guesthouse is situated on the 5th floor (with lift) of a well-preserved mansion dating back to 1880. If you've ever been curious about what lies beyond 'those walls', this is your chance to find out.The room is spacious and bright, with everything being new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The air-conditioning works perfectly and is very quiet. We appreciated the comfortable bed, which was ample in size and ensured a good night's sleep. The location is very convenient, with a pleasant 30-minute walk through charming avenues to the historic town centre and a district filled with restaurants and coffee shops that aren't too touristy. You'll encounter locals in the restaurants and shops. The Metro is 300 metres away, and the train station is around 600 metres away.We parked our car in the mansion's inner yard, and I recommend pre-booking this option. Another tip is to ask Anthony for his restaurant recommendations. He is a foodie and will provide excellent, very decent suggestions for both the neighbourhood and the city centre. We followed his advice three times, faced hardly any queues, and enjoyed fantastic meals. If you want to have the best gelato of your life, follow his advice and visit Gelateria Romana.

    Great location. Clean room. Very accommodating. Towels were a bit stiff like sandpaper paper. A sacrifice worth the location and other wise very clean place. Bring your own soap if you prefer to bodywash
