    Sleeping rooms only!

    The Hotel lacked many amenities, but in particular disappointment my room was so small there wasn’t a chair to sit in. Either lie in bed or go somewhere. The neighbor had several homeless people sleeping nearby. The TV was not working well, no where to sit and relax, I was forced to walk around more than I wanted. I didn’t even know there was a chapel in the hotel. No brochures or anything. Just a bad experience.

    The breakfast deserved to be in 2 star not 4, no hot options . Stale bread and pastries. Plumbing in rooms needs updating, toilet constantly running. No space in rooms. No temperature control in shower and shower floods if you're in there longer than 30 seconds

    A good base to explore Rome

    All in all I was undecided whether to rate the hotel 3 or 4. We were nervous about our stay based on recent reviews. However, in summary, the hotel is more "weathered" than the 4 star rating, but our room was clean with fresh bed linen provided and was an ideal base for our trip to Rome. Its location was well located for connections to the sites of Rome but its proximity to Rome termini worked well for a day trip to Pompei. We Jane no issues with breakfast which included a good continental selection of fresh bread, meats and pastries.

    Brent News for booking that Hotel . Now in the first WeekOf December starts room heating by outside temperature plus 5 during the night from 6. p.m. up to 6. a.m. next morning. We got two rooms. One room was without heating two days . Fortunately, my wife was able to find shelter in our daughter's warm room.We have no future dealings with this hotel.

    I rated 1 but it should 0. I never seen a 4 stars hotel like this one. Where should I start?Hygiene 0Noise 1Breakfast 1Price 1 for what you getThe employees are friendly but cannot do anything about the condition of the entire hotel. Truly a disaster.
