Location

This hotel is strategically located in the historical centre right next to the Termini train station. Rome's central bus and train station lies right in front of the hotel. The Vatican, the Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi Fountain and the Piazza Navona are no more than 15 min away by public transport. The opera, Santa Maria Church and the coliseum are easily reached on foot. Ciampino airport lies around 15 km away and Fiumicino airport is around 25 km from the hotel. An abundance of restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 62 non-smoking rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     Very unpleasant and arrogant gentleman at the reception ! It will ruin your mood for the whole stay. I definitely do not recommend it !

    Avoid this hotel like the plague! Claiming to be a 4-star hotel, but serves up discrimination and unprofessionalism with their 'hospitality'. The front desk ( IRanian guy)' refused to allow my hair stylist into the room, citing made-up 'Italy laws' and 'Rome policies', all while being super shady about their 'hotel policy' (which doesn't exist online, btw). Forced to bring my hair tools to the reception? Are you kidding me? Ruined my important event prep and showed extreme disrespect to me and my stylist. If you value your sanity and self-respect, stay far, far away from this dump.

    This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in 40 years of traveling. They do not accept American Express as payment. They demanded cash and sent me over three buildings upstairs into a room with no number after going inside, I came downstairs and demanded a refund and they said no, I signed a contract €155 and I did not even stay there. This is the biggest ripoff. The people do not care. They are educated, speak many languages and all they wanna do is take you over to another building which is apparently not a hotel it is more like a rent a room type place/ hostile or dormitory room. Do Not Book this place under any circumstance, they are a ripe off They kept our cash, we left as soon as we got to the room and they refused to our money back. It is not safe, the building is unsecured, no body cares, the staff speaks many languages but it’s al BS, including the manager/boss, she is the worst. All they want to do is talk about trying to make it better and argue, don’t waste your time cancel your credit card payment and definitely don’t pay cash. 155 euro for 15 minutes up the elevator. They are in it for the money we never unpacked our bags and left with in the hour 3:00 and they didn’t refund our money. BEWARE of this establishment. They are a big rip off especially if you come from out town. Terrible terrible terrible do not even attempt to stay there. Shame on Italy for allowing such a ripoff place.

    We have no experience because we checked in and after seeing the room and the surrounding elements on the street we decided we could not stay here . We walked down and asked for a refund! They said no we can move you to this hotel instead! At this point we said we don’t want to stay here or the other place . All over 150.00 dollars! Here’s a line I was taught in business “ the answer is yes ! What is the question “ we just spent 10 days here in Rome & Florence and thus was our worst day ! Terrible terrible terrible! I don’t want to hear it’s close to the train station like most reviews have stated! If I get mugged or robbed getting to the train who cares how close ! I would never tell anyone to stay here but what I am going to do is tell everyone never even think of staying here .
