  Great location, all you need is there

  The room has shower, clean towels, shampoo, hair dryer. It is centrally locates. It is great for minimalists like me. There is an elevator for up to four people. The receptionist is helpful. Clean towels available everyday. I felt independent with the set of keys I received. I could come and go at my leisure. Bar Fondi has gluten-free muffins and delicious tea plus very friendly trendy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

  Great Value, Close to Station

  So many of the reviews for this hotel had me worried. Luckily there was nothing to worry about! The stairway to the hotel is pretty rundown, but that's not their fault all. The hotel itself was spacious and clean. We had a safe, a fridge, airconditioning, and a tv! The room was huge and the bed was pretty comfortable. Everything was a bit run down, but for a 2* cheap hotel it was frankly pretty amazing. If you want to stay somewhere that's easy to get to no matter where you are in Rome, and incredibly good value I recommend Art Mary! It's nicer than my student house that's for sure :P!

  central location, clean room

  hotel location is very central, very easy to Access public transportation and also almost walking medium walking distance (20-25 mins ) to most touristic places. staff is helpfull, breakfast of the hotel is not in the hotel building, but 2 mins walking outside of the hotel building, so it's not very practical to have your coffee and croissant first and go back to your room before you start your day. price is optimum for this place.

  Great place close to the train station

  For the price, this was everything that we needed. It's not fancy, but completely adequate. We had our own bathroom. The staff was excellent with us. Not all spoke English, but those who did were exceptionally helpful. They allowed us to drop off our things early before it was time to actually check into our room so that we could sight see. And the next day, they were even willing to store our things after we checked out, so that we could see more sights for the day before heading to the airport. They honestly went out of their way to be accomodating. For us, it was important to be near the train station and this was only 5 minutes or less away. Breakfast was a pastry and drink at the little restaurant just about next door. We would definitely recommend this place.

  Good value for a hotel in Rome

  Excellent location, a few steps from Termini station, our room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. This is not a hotel but one of the numerous B & B established in a building. The entrance of the building is far from being inviting but once you are in your room, it is fine. You take your included continental, breakfast across the street.
