    Awful - being renovated so building going on. Arrived in the dark - constant electricity cuts. Minimal hot water and very shabby

    A family trip brought ten of us to this excellent hotel.Very clean and nicely appointed. Not new but not shop-worn or faded.All rooms had jetted tubs for relaxing after touring.Very nicely located, just outside the Vatican. Easy walk to most major monuments and Piazza Navona.Helpful and friendly staff were attentive. Massimo, who checked us in , was most kind and got us all into our rooms within 40 minutes of our 9:30 arrival!While we waited he generously offered us a very tasty breakfast.The breakfast room is not large. A very nice selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, cheeses and cold cuts was provided. Fresh scrambled eggs and bacon were available. ( I just wish someone would instruct Italian hotels on how to make crispy bacon)Servers were quick to see our cappuccinos and espressos replenished.There is a bar but it wasn’t open during our stay.If you’re looking for an affordable and safe place to stay in Rome you won’t find better.

    A lovely Hotel with friendly people, and the rooms were very nice and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and everything was fresh. Would recommend going to this Hotel which is well situated and only a few blocks away from Piazza di Risorgimento and Vatican City.

    During our five day stay at this hotel,in december and january, there was a problem with the shower: weak water force with tepid water, not hot. We complained about it and nothing was done to solve the problem. Besides, the shower is located on a jacuzzi bathtub which doesn't work.

    The rooms are ok, but the photos of panoramic breakfast and restaurant (at least on Booking.com) are from a different hotel of the same owners. Unless you actually ask them and they tell you that you can go to the other hotel, you'll have your breakfast underground. By the way, there is also no "garden" to start with.
