    Wonderful couples destination. Amazing staff!

    We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The communication between the staff and us in the run up to our stay and on the day we arrived was excellent. We were greeted by a lovely staff member who could not have been more helpful and friendly. Our room had the hot tub (room 1). The room was simple but really clean and very spacious. We had a massive bed, a lovely big bathroom and were greeted with prosecco upon arrival. The hotel organised our return shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel and this was also to a high standard. Perfect central location. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

    The web site is very misleading. The rooms are not represented accurately and are much smaller and plain. Poor location, steep stairs and the upper floors are private residences. The sister property is a five minute walk away across a busy street where breakfast is served (maybe the only thing that was good) and the staff resides. And warm, but not hot water. The staff were accommodating but made it clear they not refund any money if we checked out early (which is exactly what I attempted).

    We stayed here with our daughters sharing a second room. We knew about having to walk to the sister hotel for breakfast which is literally 3 streets away so not far at all. On arrival we met Sarah from Glasgow, she was really friendly and helpful, gave us some great tips on Rome too.The rooms are very well sized, ours had the jacuzzi bath and the bed was massive!Breakfast was very nice and had a good choice for all. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful.The hotel is well placed for getting around and within walking distance of the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona.Overall we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of booking.

    Overall a great value. The pros; clean room, amazing location, helpful staff. The bed was comfortable, outside noise not a big issue. The cons; not a hotel, more like a condo that has a floor in a multi tenant building. The front desk was not staffed every day. They have another hotel nearby that you need to call if you need towels, etc. which is about 10 minute walk away. That is also where you go to eat breakfast, if you included that in your stay. The mini fridge wasn’t working, and they didn’t replace it after reminding them more than once. We certainly could have used it with the heat wave. Nonetheless, I’d stay there again.

    Cute hotel in a perfect location. We were welcomed with a small bottle of Prosecco. Wonderful room — clean and spacious. Has separate shower and jetted tub. Communication was easy via WhatsApp — warm reception at every interaction! Definitely recommend and will stay here again!
