This B & B warmly welcomes guests in Rome.

English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise.     Amazing accommodation in a great roman district, making you *almost* feel like a local. Rooms are superbly designed, modern, extremely clean and cater all essential needs. Luxurious feel to the rooms proper to high standard boutique hotels. Very warm welcome by Rocco. Travelled as a couple and stayed 4 nights for leisure. We were very pleased with our stay. Just a few minutes walking distance from Villa Borghese. Will be recommending to our family and friends, and are definitely looking forward to staying there again on our future trips to Rome.

    Only one night stay for job.. Despite don't have the chance to stay more in this wonderful apartment entirely restored.Very kind guest.. A clean extra large room just a few meters far from coppede quarter.Don't miss the Breakfast with home made cakes

    The facilities were great, room and private bathroom (be aware not all the rooms have their own bathroom) very spacious with everything you need. We didn't find the bed very comfortable but maybe that's just us. A small fridge in the room would have been very handy though.Breakfast was pretty non-existent but tea and coffee was readily available. There are no staff on hand once you have checked in so you will have to either call or email them if you have any issues during your stay.On the whole we had a really nice stay, only spoilt by some other guests who were very, very noisy. Also, the surrounding area and other occupants of the building were quite noisy too.

    THis is truly a beautiful place to stay, if you visit Rome.Small accomodation in an old building, only a few rooms, but they are beautiful. Very beautifull decorated,, the area is truly nice, and the guy who helps you at check in (you have to call him ahead of your arrival) is very friendlyand the price is incredible
