    The room was clean and very comfortable and the b&b was in the perfect location for visiting this wonderful city. The owner also was really kind and he gave us a lot of useful informations about our trip in Rome.

    My advise to you is really look into what you are booking, the property has good reviews which I have no idea why and the awards that are on display are out of date, The property is deep in the basement with no working lift, the place was disgusting, old and in need of a deep clean and decorating. Very disapointed it was really noisy with no sound proofing so everything echoes around the place. We booked for 3 adults and seriously you could not swing a cat. One night was enought. There was noise all night from outside some sort of electric device. the maids did their best but the shower was mouldy, and the apartment very old and dated. The 3rd bed was a tiny fold up and very uncomfortable. The headboard was damaged, Look arould there are so many lovely aprtmenys available to rent this is just one rogue one with a thing they called breakfast and it really was not worth the money or living in a cellar !!! The shower flooded and the place is GRIM Avoid at all costs. I am not a moaner ever but this place is TERRIBLE do not believe the reviews

    Before we arrived at the property we had tried calling to let them know when we were arriving but couldnt get through ,we arrived at the propertythere was a number to ring tried but it didnt ring in england +4 is 0 where as in rome its 00 eventually after 10 minutes of worrying in case we had been sold a room that didnt exist i spoke to 2 lovly ladies think they were the cleaners who rang simone the owner for us he said he had sent an email but i didnt recive it within 10 minutes hed arrived at the property to letus in he was very sorry for the mix up and showed us to our room offered to arrange our taxi to the airport €55 but we made ourown way underground and bus €15 for 2 of us .As we were only using this as somewhere to put our head down it was ideal for us the room had what we needed seperate shower / toilet breakfast area was good coffee machine breakfast was cereals toast and pastries which was fine for us as we arnt big breakfast people as long as we can have a coffee in the morning.the location was great 15 mins from the underground and about 5 mins walk to the Vatican

    We just spent 3 nights in this place. The location is perfect, communication with them was perfect as well.Beddings and floor was clean. I would suggest to do a proper cleaning in the bathroom, especially the shower corner. And also the breakfast room. It is nice that guests clean after themselves, but time to time someone should clean the shelves and everything around.And what we didn´t really like, was type of breakfast. There was not enough for everyone. When we came for breakfast there was only 4 slices of bread left (we are 2adults and 2 children) and another family came after. So there was not much left. Also it was not fresh. There should be someone taking care of it in the mornings, keep there fresh bread, some fruit, vegetable, cheese. Breakfast are really poor.Wifi - really bad signalAnd last thing, we booked with them our transfer to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. We asked even the evening before if they will come at this time. The cost for the transfer was supposed to be 70€. We came out at 4:26 and 4:45 we were taking a normal taxi to the airport. No one came to pick us up. Well maybe they did, but too late. For the taxi we paid 30€.So for us no more this place.

    the place was clean and easy to find, near the Vatican, you can walk to the Coliseum or any other place from San Peter. the wifi is really good. the kitchen was well stocked, the only problem was the stairs. you need to go down one-floor using stairs, which is not easy with a suitcase.
