Location

    Average at best. Just come back and the overall feel of the hotel is clean and welcoming, we knew it was more of a business hotel rather than traditional tourist hotel but we just wanted a bit of a base and to use the facilities Pros: Room clean Toiletries in the room Room service every day Bar open late Cons:No iron in room or even behind the reception desk. No ironing facilities at all. Pool closed. Despite it being May and very hot no loungers or any way to relax outside Breakfast cold every day and limited options Further to the train station that you think, about 20 mins walk but that’s my fault for not realising however it is only one euro into Rome centreIf you’re a tourist looking to go into Rome, I’d stay somewhere else as the poor breakfast and lack of facilities isn’t ideal If you’re there on business for the night, no issues but take an iron!     I stayd two nights last week, price for value is honest , the standards are up to a four star. cleanlessness 5 stars.Staff is helpfull and plesant especially an handsome and well mannered gentlmen named Ermes , who was there during night and early morning hours , and was always available in taking care of my enquiriesWould reccomend this hotel

    Some staff were lovely however 2 poor interactions with hotel bar and restaurant left a poor taste. Insulted me in Italian, I’m English but I know Italian phrases. Super rude when asked for drink and payed 10 euros for drink that was made completely wrong and when asked to be remade was made wrong again. Not sure how you can be a bartender in Italy and not know how to make an aperol spritz. Women with dark hair was so rude and confrontational with guests even some italian guests i saw were treated poorly.

    As hotels go, it's pretty awful. The room was just about ok, but overall, it's bad. As for the pictures posted here on trip advisor, must be a different hotel! It's not even close to that nice!

    First experience when check in is not comfortable

    I just check in with my group, and for me & my son room in the same floor but the posision is in the end of he floor. It’s too far from lobby/lift. It’s scarry .I try to change to reception, handle by Simon. For the first time, he said can not change because already go inside the room and no more housekeeping to clean the room again. But i already told not use the room . He gave another reasons no more room available, but when i check from booking.com still have 5 rooms available. Finally after fighting to change the rooms he gave another level . So i can not in the same floor with my grand son. Room is average, but not near in one family is not a good .Wifi not working well, i can not conect wuth hotel wifi, not only me but most of our group member (28 pax in total) can not conect with hotel wifi😭😭
