Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Enjoyed our stay,not far from metro rooms were very clean ,staff were great food lovely,if we go back to Rome would definitely stay again , nice and quiet and very clean

    Good experience. Lobby staff gave excellent dining recommendations. They were quick to help w any issue. Not that there were significant issues but just little hiccups. Was clean.     Several issues and a little disappointing stay

    RomeThis hotel is useful if you are using rail or long distance buses from nearby Tiburtina station. It does have parking (with a cost). You can walk from Tiburtina (15-20 minutes) but that is mainly along a street that has a very narrow pavement and you have to switch sides. You could take a taxi and there are two city bus routes from Tiburtina (outside the rail station) to a stop a couple of hundred metres from the hotel.Reception staff were not the best. A photocopy of my passport was made so they registered it without keeping hold of it. The room was spacious. Furniture was adequate but I would have hoped for better as this is a four star hotel. WiFi worked well. The bathroom was ok although there was no cup/glass for brushing teeth. Would like to have seen dispensers for shampoo, gel rather than small containers. A bit cheeky asking for €2.50 for bottles of water stored in a fridge in the room especially when the vending machine by reception sells the same ones for €1.50!Breakfast from 07:00 was in a spacious dining area with a good selection of food. Coffee from a machine although there are staff to make "proper" coffee. Checking out was a messy process as I had to pay the extortionate €7.50 city tax (the same amount for multiple nights, I know that's not the hotel policy) which wasn't offered when I checked in. Not only tourists but also businessmen/women, couples and families choose our hotel. Buses to and from Tiburtina Station stop at 10 metres from the hotel, not 200 metres. Vending machine does not require staff to refund the fridges in any rooms every morning, that's why the cost is less.The City Tax is decided by the MUnicipality of Rome and is written on our official sites and all around the hall.     I went to sleep 10 PM and the room above occupied by 3 people 1 child and everyone and then pushing furniture. I asked reception once then after 30 minutes again and Mr Andrea P went to that room door and told me no noise come from there ,I told him is not a noise of music is noise from pushing furniture every now and then . I asked him to change room he answered we wait I said I waited already then he screamed " Ahhh you are not patient person!!" I answered I was and he didn't know since when I was waiting then we arrived at reception and with awful manners he said " ok I change your room "I said he can't talk to me that way he answered " I'm not afraid of you" I said " afraid of what" what has this to do here ? He repeated screaming I'm not afraid of you...I said " but what are you meaning ? Why you behave like that we are not in a bar with friends you are at reception of hotel you need to behave be professional you can't talk to customers like that...Another hotel receptionist was there and offered me to solve the problem , to bring me the new key to the room. So I went to the room and this receptionist Tiziano said this is your new room key and I apologize in the name of the hotel for what you have been through...I asked him but who is this Andrea P is he always like this? He said " I don't know I was surprised and embarrassed myself not believing what I was hearing from him ..." The morning after I asked to talk to GM of the hotel Gualtiero Kock he said he will check the Cctv. Monday I talked again by phone to GM Koch and he said he recognized the behavior was not good but was not either so bad as I described. I asked him why Tiziano apologize and was shocked ? He said he didn't know Tiziano was shocked.Anyway I felt GM Koch was underestimating the matter and so no worth to talk again with him.Andrea P is a Shame for the hotel the chain and the country he representing.Nowhere in the world a receptionist talk in this impolite unprofessional uneducated manner.     Decent hotel. Ruined by attitude of 1 member of Front desk staff.

    Decent variety but expensive breakfast. Small hot room. Room as hot as a sauna. Your choice is to leave the window open and then get all the noise from outside. I can put up with all of this but I won’t accept poor customer service. In this case it was from 1 person - Daniel/Daniyal on reception. Appalling attitude. Computer says No type. Answer to everything is No. Pretends to be helpful but answer to everything is No. He started dealing with other people who came after me even as I was speaking to him! He answered a phone call also before he had resolved my issue. Then shouted at me as I was telling him that was rude. Claimed he had to multitask. To cap it all, he came out from behind his front desk as I was walking away and threatened to take me outside! I wanted to send conversation but won’t. So long nobody has ever complained about Daniel who has been working at front desk for many years as chief receptionist and usually receives many compliments for his professionalism and friendliness.
