    ​I will never stay at a Best Western hotel again. Due to massive flight cancellations in Rome, many hotels booked up quickly, forcing us to pay an astronomical premium of over $1,000 for a single night at this property. For that price, you expect a luxury executive experience. Instead, we were placed in a "new section" executive queen room that was incredibly small. To make matters worse, absolutely no extras were included—not even a complimentary bottle of water, let alone breakfast or dinner.​The main reason we selected this hotel over the few remaining options was the pool. Initially, it was just okay, though heavily crowded with stressed travelers loudly coordinating changed travel plans on their phones. I put my headphones in to ignore it, but then a massive busload of kids showed up. While they didn’t get into the water, they completely surrounded the pool area and were incredibly loud, completely ruining any chance of relaxation.​We decided to leave and go to the beach for a while, planning to return for the pool bar's advertised 4:30 PM opening. When we got back, we discovered they never opened the pool bar to regular guests because of a private party. Because of this event, we were blocked from using the pool facilities entirely for the rest of the evening.​Paying luxury resort prices for a cramped room, zero hospitality perks, a loud atmosphere, and getting locked out of the very amenity we paid for is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend staying anywhere else. Way too expensive for a terrible experience.

    Same day booking so cost a little more - but beautiful room - everything clean and sparkling. Staff very friendly, airport transfer efficient and easy. Would thoroughly recommend.

    The location was great for one night stay and an early next morning flight. We spent the day in the city. It was not easy to find a public transportation to the hotel from city. We ended up in the Fiumicino center and walked 20 min to the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean. The receptionist was helpful and organized an early moning shuttle for us for 8e. The room was a bit small but clean. The bathroom was spacious enough. No any complaints. Only thing was that you can hear the next door quite well. There is also a restaurant and breakfast at the hotel which we did not use. I would recommend this to everyone with an early flight. I would not use this for going back to city every day.

    Decent and convenient to the airport. Distance from the city and route is far from scenic. Room was clean and spacious. Balcony was a nice touch. Staff was professional and friendly.

    I stayed at the Best Western Rome Airport Hotel on 21 November and had an extremely poor night’s sleep. A planned party took place in the hotel, causing very loud noise until around 2:00 a.m. Guests were not informed in advance, despite the event being foreseeable.The only solution offered late at night was to change rooms, which was not a realistic option given the hour and our exhaustion. As a result, we were only able to sleep for about four hours.For a €152 night in a hotel of this category, this is unacceptable. I requested compensation, which was refused without any commercial gesture.This experience does not reflect the quality standards one expects from Best Western.
