    Fantastic location and brilliant front desk staff. Knowledgeable, friendly and always with a smile. Rooms are in need of a little love but you have all that require and the location makes up for any negatives.

    Great location near Termini Roma. Very short walk to termini for public transport ,Buses ,Metro and Trains. checkin and checkout was a breeze. They accepted our Request for Early checkin. Great Breakfast , Friendly staff , Good size Room. Every thing was perfect and could not find any flaw. For hot summer weather Airconditioning was Perfect.

    This is a lovely hotel. Frozen in time. Timeless. Warm. Unique.Service is great. People makes it special and were very keen to make our stay pleasant. From local advice to help with the minutia of a family touring around.We made some great memories from this place!

    Decent Place in Rome

    Very average, old school hotel in Rome. First - check-in was good in that they had a room ready when I arrived at 10am. The gentleman behind the desk was a bit surly, but got me into my room in short order.The room itself was decent - clean and large enough for one person. The bathroom was outdated and the AC was nonfunctional. Definitely got a bit stuffy in there.Lobby is nothing special - just an open space with some old furniture. Breakfast was ok.Location is good - walking distance to some of the sites.

    The front desk staff at this hotel didn't seem friendly. What's worse, after completing the check-in process, they gave us room keys that hadn't been activated. We tried for a long time to open the door but eventually had to return to the front desk to find out that they had forgotten to activate the keys. This was extremely unprofessional and careless.The hotel facilities are somewhat outdated. The room door often wouldn't open and required multiple attempts. The bathroom door was also old and made loud noises when opening or closing, which was especially disruptive when getting up to use the bathroom at night. The soundproofing of the hotel was poor as well; conversations from the neighboring room could be heard clearly if they spoke slightly louder.On top of that, I believe some of the staff are racially biased. I noticed a male server preparing two cups of cappuccino for a white couple at the next table. When I asked him to prepare two cups of cappuccino for our table, he rudely told us to use the coffee machine ourselves. The next day, I made the same request to another male server, who first pretended not to understand and handed me two empty cups. He then insisted I go to the coffee machine so he could "teach" me how to use it, which I found very offensive. We later observed that they did provide freshly brewed cappuccino for certain tables with white guests, while non-white guests could only drink the unpalatable cappuccino from the coffee machine. This left me shocked. I’ve stayed in over ten hotels in Italy, and this is the only one that doesn’t offer freshly brewed cappuccino.In conclusion, if you're not white, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
