Facility

The hotel has 269 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     We liked the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the pleasant attitude of the staff. The location is good if you take trains at the central station. After two awful hotel experiences in Rome, this is a blessing. We stayed 2 nights here.

    Historic hotel, the Art Decoration is amazing. At the same time, all the modern essentials were there. Friendly reception staff.The hotel & the room were very clean.Beds were comfortable, there is a minibar & is chargeable.The location is excellent, a lot of restaurants are nearby & the main train station just 5 min away. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.Breakfast area is huge with many varieties to taste.Until next visit.

    Every member of the staff greeted me with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. Their service truly stood out. They even offered to change my room twice—once due to a small bit of water damage in the bathroom and again because the house phone wasn’t working. I chose to stay in my original room both times, but their generosity and hospitality showed how committed they were to making my stay exceptional.I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel. The complimentary amenities were a pleasant surprise: two bottles of wine, two cokes, four waters, plus tea and coffee in the room—far more than what most hotels offer these days.The location is excellent as well, with great restaurants nearby and the main train terminal just one block away. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

    The preserved Art Deco interiors were amazing. At the same time, all the modern essentials were there. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Only two small negatives. First, WiFi on 4th floor dropped out occasionally. Breakfast could be worked on with better coffee and more options. Perhaps, the hotel could consider charging a EUR5-10.00 more per night to provide a better breakfast
