    Avoid this hotel at all costs.The location is terrible and felt unsafe at all times. The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially the woman at the front desk.We had several rooms, and none of the showers drained properly, which made basic hygiene uncomfortable and frustrating. Rooms flooded. Front desk sent more towels to clean up water, did not fix problem or move any of our rooms. The hotel itself was dirty, and the overall value was awful.Breakfast was a complete joke, very poor quality and not worth it at all. This place is absolutely not worth the money. You could not pay me to stay here again.

    We arrived at the hotel on 10/02 and had an ok reception, the next day we left to see Rome and were stuck in the city because of the demonstrations that were taking place that day and we arrived around 11 pm at the hotel, when we arrived I went to ask for some hot water to prepare a breast milk for my 8-month-old baby and we had terrible service from the receptionist who was on the night shift on 10/03, he said he couldn't do anything because the restaurant was closed and there was no way to get water, we kept insisting because we couldn't leave my son without eating, then they told us loud and clear if you want hot water, come early and left laughing in our face I found this situation absurd, after much insistence he took a glass of water and heated it in the microwave, so he already knew that he would be able to heat the water he just didn't want to do it out of laziness or ill will, I wouldn't rate this hotel because it already has a very low rating, now I understand why it is so poorly rated and with this type of employee it will only fall even further.

    The rudest staff I have ever encountered and I travel all over the world. they treated us like second hand citizens. Just Aweful. Food was terrible and stale. I didnt think it was possible to get stale bake goods in itally but somehow they achieved it. Front desk staff during the morning on 4/9/25 was so rude it was unbelievable. She actually yellled at me for taking some tap water from the lobby. Tried to eat dinner at the restaurant it seemed to be an inconvenience for the waiter to wait on us. Never brought us water and wouldn’t bring us a check. Had to go to the front desk to actually pay the bill. STAY CLEAR !

    Terrible, don’t waste your money. They only have one triple acommodation and now, we’re five families sleeping in a double room with a bed with no space to walk through. Terrible, we don’t recommend it. It’s impossible to thing that they don’t empathize with the guests
