Location

The hotel is situated near Villa Ada and Villa Borghese, two of Rome's oldest parks, and only 5 minutes from Via Veneto by car or public transport. Termini station is just 15 minutes away and numerous other attractions are located close by.     The hotel is a bit old and maybe needs an improvement.Pros:1. Near the centre2. Near to public transpo (10mins walk to tram/few steps to bus stop)3. Famous spots are walkable.4. Accommodating staff.5. Daily room cleaning.Cons:1. Old property2. Breakfast is limited and no savory option (even omellette is not available)3.Room Doors is too noisy and loud when closing (like you will bang it)

    This hotel is located in a quiet residential green area. It is highly recommended if you would like to have a good night's sleep after travelling and working all day. The breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable. I would say that the rooms are worth the price. The major tourist attractions can be easily accessed by a bus. It takes around half an hour to walk to the city center which wasn't much of a problem for me as I like walking.

    We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The location is in a residential area so it's quiet but it's really far from all the attractions. We had tot ake the bus everywhere.. there is a very close bus stop tho but it wasn't convenient having to wait for buses late at night to go home.The breakfast is a disaster.. a bunch of processed cheese,biscuits and some old croissants. Very limited selection that we had to skip it one day and have breakfast somewhere else. The room is tiny! Very old fashioned and to be honest and doesn't feel like it was deep cleaned between guests. The walls had weird marks on them and the bathroom drain was very slow to drain water after the shower.I only give it 2 stars coz the checking in and out was smooth and friendly. Not worth it for the price. Wouldn't stay there again.

    Booked some clients recently with the hotel via Expedia and provided my card details. After guests checked out hotel contacted me making various threats as they were unable to process payment. After a call to Expedia it turns out the hotel had not processed the booking in the correct manner and it was nothing to do with myself or my guests. We agreed to make payment by bank transfer - despite repeated staff attempts to get our card details from us which we refused. The conduct of the staff in my opinion was totally unacceptable - phoning and emailing with threats when a polite email and admission of error on their part would have been suffice. I can only imagine their response in the event of an issue at hotel. AVOID and take your money elsewhere.

    This hotel is small and older. It was decent but nothing great. It was not very close to restaurants. Staff were helpful and called cabs for us, which came quickly and worked well. The breakfast was okay but nothing great. We wouldn't stay there again just because it isn't close to much.
