    I recently stayed here for two nights while in a group tour. The rooms were completely updated, they were clean, modern and no issues. The employees were friendly. No issues checking in or out.Good location to train, and there is a cute Cafe down the street.

    We were booked to stay at this hotel by a cruise company for a one night pre cruise stay. Arrived by taxi in 27 degree heat, no one to help with luggage, see to it yourselves. Upon checking in , advised where the restaurant was but informed that it was not open this evening but there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Well not from what we could see in an average residential area of Rome outside of the main tourist areas. Also as a couple of advanced years, one with significant mobility issues, wandering around the streets in an area we didn't know wasnt particularly appealing. Oh well, we thought let's go get a nice refreshing drink at the bar, erm no as the bar does not open until 17 00. A coffee perhaps in the room,once again that was a no as there are no facilities to make a hot drink in the room. We were advised however, enthusiasticaly that there were two bottles of water in the fridge, supplied om a complimentary basis. Your room is ready, it is on the 5th floor and there are 2 elevators over there. Nope, there is actually only one as the other is out of service at the moment!On the plus side, the room was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was very efficient. (the walls are paper thin and we were entertained by a couple in the next room going through some sort of physical activity).

    The BV Oly Hotel rooms need refurbishing to bring to a decent standard. Air conditioning was not working. Breakfast was not too bad. The hotel is 15 minutes walk uphill from the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful where possible.

    I have NEVER been in such a filthy hotel-ever another one of Cosmos low end hotels! The stench as you walked in the door was overwhelming! NO AC- in a very poor and run down area of Rome- the entire hotel was hot and humid- bkft was pitiful, but was afraid to eat for fear of roaches and rodent droppings

    This hotel is very run down. The carpets in the hallway are noticeably stained, the windows in our first room did not lock and the toilet did not flush properly. We were moved to another room and this window in did not lock however this was sorted. The staircase for had no lights and as you reached each level you felt like you were going to fall through the floor. Only 1 lift was working. We did a tour of Europe and stayed at many hotels. I do not expect a 5 star hotel I do expect it to appear to be clean. This hotel does not even try.
