    Modern, comfortable, clean and central

    The most perfect guest house - it was modern and comfortable with a warm feel to it, and our room came with a balcony- perfect for breakfast. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was perfect too complete with a large wardrobe and storage. There was little to no noise outside even with shops and restaurants close by. The metro was also right outside which made it quick and easy to get into town if we didn’t fancy the short 15 minute walk. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, we would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Rome!

    Spent 3 nights at this luxury B&b. It's superbly positioned to see all the sights. Super helpful staff. Lovely room with Ortigia toiletries Nice breakfast. A real find.

    Firstly, the guest house was in a perfect place. Close to Via del Corso and right across the road from Piazza del Popolo. The suites were spacious and beautifully decorated . And a delicious breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning.

    Stayed here on the last leg of our trip to Italy. I will say first and foremost, the accommodations were nice and we had a good stay. However, when we were checking in, the host asked if we thought we were going to be in a hotel and we said yes; he said this was the intention. So giving 4 stars for the obviously intentionally misleading information on the website. The suites are also a little annoying to get to; you either ride in a small, rickety old elevator of carry your stuff up several flights of stairs. Now, having said that, we did have a good stay and the room was nice. The "breakfast" was a little underwhelming with no options for hot food, but it was decent nonetheless. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay in a nice central location in Rome, this would be worth considering. If you're looking for a more amenity-focused hotel and nicer "home away from home" experience, I would look elsewhere.

    Our stay was great from start to finish . Andrea was really helpful with restaurant suggestions and also in giving us information in general about Rome. We loved the location , the room the balcony and also the breakfast . Yvonne was fab and they went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast before a tight timetable for getting to the colosseum tour . We would totally recommend this accommodation
