    Wonderful hotel for exploring Rome

    This hotel is the perfect place for exploring Rome. Perfect for the train station (St Pietro) and so close to the Vatican. The area has an abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff were amazing - so friendly, especially Alicia. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We were delighted with our room - had everything we could ask for, spotlessly clean and very very comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but more than adequate to start a good day! If mobility is an issue, this hotel is perhaps not the best choice due to the terrain being quite steep in places.

    A good hotel for people who like free parking

    Hotel Casa Tra Noi is in the outskirts of Rome and the accommodation tax is less than in the center. However, this hotel is ideally located for visitors of the Vatican because it takes only 15 minutes to walk to St. Peter's square. By the way this is one of a few hotels where parking is available free of charge. I recommend early booking and at least a four days stay in order to get a reasonable price

    The worst. One night no hot water for several hours. Deliverd my luggage to wrong room. Keys not ready upon late arrival. Food noteven close to Italian. Bus struggled to get to hotel forcing a walk to bottom of hill, about a mile. Staff unfriendly. Room loaded with ants.

    The location is quite close to a train station via a short cut , else you need to climb a mountain to get there. The hotel facilities are great for a budget hotel and some of staff doesn't speak English. Unless you have a vehicle its better to avoid this place as its quite far from the Vatican

    Terrible Experience, Misleading photos

    This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was nothing like the photos—completely misleading. It was awful from start to finish. The bathroom was so cramped that I could barely splash water in the toilet, and to make matters worse, the shower had no hot water. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell, and the blanket was far too thin for a chilly night at the end of September. We also got the oversized mattress which didn’t fit the bed frame properly, causing constant squeaking with every movement and made sleeping impossible.As for the breakfast, it was just as poor as others have mentioned—badly organized with very limited options. The only saving for us was that we only needed the room for one night, and we were able to leave first thing in the morning.
