    Poor service at Four star Hotel

    The hotel has beautiful decor or art work. The carpet in the room had a fewprominent stains. The bathroom had a lot of mould which was not great. The breakfast was mostly cakes or sweet treats. I reserved a room on the website booking.com for October 11 to 14 and they cancelled it. I found myself in Rome on my way to the hotel when this happened I arrived at the hotel and paid for two days instead of three. Hence I paid for October 12 to 14Eventually I was charged by booking.com for no show with my credit card and have an invoice from the hotel paid in full for my hotelStay. Therefore I have paid twice for this hotel. I am not sure who to trust now as the Hotel or Booking.com do not seemto be in touch with each other. In addition to the above no one is taking the responsibility to fix this issue. The overall experience was very bad.

    Got led to the most disgusting room i have ever seen. Spent 10mins booking another hotel then handed in card and left.

    Arrived at the hotel and it actually looked quite nice, small but decent. Staff were friendly. I paid taxes and the man then led me to the Room. We went downstairs and beside a bar was a door that was supposed to be our room. The room was beyond disgusting, whoever gave this Hotel 4 stars cleans their glasses about as often as the hotel cleans its rooms. You could get a free fur coat for your finger by brushing it along any surface in that room.Don’t trust me just look at the picturesI had just spent a few hours travelling from Florence and was pretty tired, as was my partner so I decided not to get angry or upset or even argue it. I always wanted to see Rome and I knew that if i stayed here i would always have an awful memory of one of the greatest cities on earth so I just left and booked a decent hotel. I gave the key back to the guy at desk and gave him a wave. I will try and get refunded but not got a lot of hope.

    Very nice room.Was a great stay,very friendly staff.Great breakfast too.Bus stop just out side of the hotel to the train station.Food shops not near but can order pizza delivery.Away from the town but with the train lines its just a few stations away.

    DON’T stay here. We first arrived at reception and was in taken to our room as we opened the door the smell just hit us. Anyway it had been a long day so we unpacked what to make a cup of tea and no tea or coffee making facilities. Opened the fridge to see if any water inside OMG please look at the photos. Went over to reception to complain and ask for two more pillows and a kettle only to be told on kettle on bar just a fridge in reception €1 for a bottle of water showed the lady at the reception my photos of our room she said sorry no other rooms available in the hotel. We ended up packing our bags and going to buonanotte colosseo B&B in the middle of Rome.

    Location is really awful, the place itself is awful and all the staff is really bad. Will never get back here. The pictures only reflect a small part of the reality, and some of the rooms are in another building. Breakfast is very basic, unacceptable for a four star hotel. In fact, nothing is acceptable here.
