  Severe Noise Issues and Unresponsive Host

  The property is in a good location close to the Vatican and is nicely furnished and clean. Unfortunately, there is a music venue directly underneath the rooms. During our stay, the noise level was so loud that rest or sleep was not possible. Loud music and an active crowd continued until after midnight. The host initially claimed to be surprised and assured us that the venue would close soon. This did not happen. After that, the host was unreachable until our departure. I do not recommend this accommodation.

  Perfect location for early morning visit to Vatican

  Staff was curious and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and held our luggage after we checked out. The facility was clean, spotless; no insects. Within 5 to 10 minute walk to for a very early tour of the Vatican. Staff volunteered to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor reception.

  Very good situated near Vatican and other Rome atractions.The place is nice and clean .The rooms are equipped with all that we needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly.We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 childreen in 2 separated rooms and I highly recommend it.

  Comfy bed and tasteful decor!

  Lovely room and very comfortable bed. We stayed for a few nights and had a very relaxing stay, the rooms are quiet, clean and the decor lovely.It's in a great location for the Vatican and there are lots of little bars and restaurants around the streets outside the hotel. The metro is a few minutes walk away that takes you into the other areas of Rome and we bought a travel ticket for 12.50 euro over 48 hours which worked out great (other than being targeted off pick pockets luckily we clocked them but be vigilant!)Overall great stay and would definitely recommend 👌.

  Ideal for sleeping and not being in the heart of Rome

  This was my 2nd trip to Italy but my partner’s 1st. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for hotel/room wise. I was not looking for a B&B or all inclusive holiday because I knew there were so many good places to eat in Rome. Chester Suits gave me that option clean and tidy room and security for my belongings. We turned up early before our rooms were ready and the manager was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags safely in the hotel and go explore for a few hours before coming back to unpack shower and head back out. The coffee machine did not always work but I was great full it was free and more of a convenience than a necessity. The room had a fridge kept drinks cool not cold though. The hotel is idea for the Vatican and subway but is a good 15-20min walk into the heart of Rome but we were happy for this. For what we were looking for it’s a 10/10. Thank you.
