    Lovely hotel in centre of Rome, walking distance to most main attractions. Great rooftop breakfast and friendly helpful team ready to help with any requests. Would highly recommend this hotel for your visit in Rome.

    Great location, right at Metro stop (Barberini - A line), lots of restaurants at location. Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. we were sorry the weather was not nice enough to sit outside on patio for breakfast, looked lovely.

    Arrived at the hotel despite having a booked and confirmed reservation only to be told they were oversold and didn’t have a room for me. This after a long international flight and expensive taxi ride etc. I was made to wait 3 hours and after a long back and forth they offered me an apartment as an alternative but it was a 15 minute walk in a shared apartment and on a sleeper couch, where the tv and AC didn’t work and no breakfast. They were not apologetic or empathetic at all and I felt robbed after they refused to refund me.

    The AC in the hotel was not working, and we were told to just open the windows. We did just that but the noise from the very busy street made it impossible to sleep and the heat in the room was unbearable. We ended up trying to sleep on the floor as it was colder. Thankful it was just a one night stay. When mentioning it to the host in the morning she was completely dismissive. No fans were even offered let alone any form of compensation. Pity as the rooms are actually quite nice but this was the worst experience.

    This hotel was conveniently located near the metro and the Trevi Fountain. The rooms were basic, but met all our needs. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, as was the staff, who were very helpful, especially when we got pickpocketed. They even offered to contact us at our next destination if our wallet was found (it was not, of course).
