    This hotel DOES NOT EXIST. They send you to The valle hotel, which has nothing to do with the hotel you book, the hotel is upward like 4 blocks, if you are carrying luggage this is not an easy thing to do and they don’t tell you this until you arrive to the location where it’s supposed to be.

    We booked for 3 nights, two rooms. We arrived late on Sunday night and check in is at Hotel Valle a 5 min walk from studios. The reception informed us we could not stay at Colosseo but could not tell me why. Simply “ I don’t know, I start work an hour ago” then explained we would stay the night in Hotel Valle. What an absolute s*** hole! Oh also told “ sorry no hot water, hopefully be ok tomorrow as it’s Monday”! The 2nd and 3 rd night we’re spent in Colosseo slightly better rooms in appearance. However the window was hanging off its hinges and the toilet then blocked. No breakfast here, have to go back to Hotel Valle, which to be fair was just as bad as the rooms! Would NOT recommend to anyone on any budget. Customer service awful from beginning to end

    We enjoy our stay here, the price was good and over-all very positive. Management was very accommodating, easy to get a hold of and made sure to check with us several times to make sure everything was acceptable. It is close to the coliseum as well as all other major sites. Do not hesitate to book your stay at the Colosseo Studio Suites.

    5 rooms and 2 different hotels in 4 nights! Flooding rooms, no AC ( 30 C ) no help with changing rooms or hotels. No apologies. Also, have to check in and out at a different location(10 min walk, with luggage) that was not clearly mentioned at time of booking. Do not stay here!
