    Had a really great stay here. The location is hard to beat—right near the Colosseum with amazing views, and super easy to get around the city from there. The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable with good climate control, which made a big difference.Sylvia was especially lovely and helpful throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. Also, the breakfast arrangement was a great touch—everything was fresh and really tasty. Would definitely stay here again!

    My husband an i stayed at this charming hotel for 2 nights and can honestly say everything was amazing. Rooms were spotless and staff were so friendly.Breakfast is served off site at a lovely cafe overlooking the Colossium, not the best breakfast but was fine for us.There can however be alot of noise in the evening from the bars below, but the hotel has some shutters and this does help with noise. Excellent location for exploring everything this fantastic city has to offer.

    I loved it! Would stay again! Close to the coliseum and food. Very clean! Extremely nice and helpful staff that were very knowledgeable. Everyone went out of their way to assist us. They spoke English well. I would recommend to everyone,

    The front door was a little confusing to get in because it shares apartments with the building. After getting in, the front desk was amazing. Silvia was extremely helpful with getting us maps, making reservations and getting taxis. The room was very nice with tall ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. It was an 8 minute walk to get the tour of the colosseum. We even had breakfast at the corner of the building with the colosseum next to us. Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would recommend it for your stay in Rome.

    Nice place to stay not a hotel, but a guest house. Room was adequate, for the amount of time we spent in it, amenities within the room were of good standard, room was clean and the aircon worked perfectly. One disappointment was our Colosseum View room didn't have a view of the Colosseum due to the size of the trees and the amount of leaves on them in the summer time, I'm sure once the leaves were gone there would have been a nice view. All things considered, and due to the unique location across from the Colosseum and with some nice restaurants extremely close, we would certainly stay here again.
