  cheap and efficient

  Cleaner than you would expect - however the toilet was broken - the room was not heated - the aircon is not adjustable - the room is very small and rather dark - the breakfast selection is modest but the people are very very nice. however, i would suggest to clean the downstairs entrance area from urine and debris from all the homeless people who search shelter from the cold.

  Worst hotel in my life - never again !

  I have rarely seen in my life, such a miserable hotel....When we saw it, we were shocked ! This is not a hotel but a hostel ! I don't know how and who gave them 2 stars ? It's old, expensive for nothing, with very tiny rooms, extremely noisy with homeless drank people in front of the main entry ! A horror ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this kind a a hotel. Some rooms have been sold with balcony ? Are u serious ? The balcony was like 1m², it was incredibly small. These rooms are at the 6 th floor, they are very small, there are not a place for your cloths, the air conditionning is common and not individual and you may not have an air conditioning because other floors don't like to have a fresh air ??? But in the announce of the hotel, the air-conditionning is in the price. The manager / desk employee was very rude and when we have explained to him that we didn't pay for this, he said ' If you don't like it, feel free to leave ". We have obviously arguing and he shout at me. Shouting in front of a Customer is unacceptable. I also paid something like 145 € per night.....For this ?? For this hostel ? Too expensive for the poor quality sorry. I have never seen this before, I have several reviews as I am travelling a lot, but something so horrible I have never seen. Poor breakfast; only eggs, bread and something sweet, small rooms, lots of noise, rude staff especially manager, ugly hotel, dangerous place with drank people - no no never.If you want to feel very bad emotions with lots of disappointment, go on, but you were warned

  Would not go there again with a school group

  We were on a school trip and I would not recommend this hotel for school groups or anyone traveling with children. It's ok if you're adults and you're only looking for a fairly cheap place to sleep.Pros: Location near Termini train and metro station, the rooms were clean enough.Cons: The rooms were tiny and you could hear all the noice coming from the rooms next door and the busy streets outside. The staff is unfriendly and not very helpful and every morning there were problems with the breakfast times we had scheduled. Some rooms had some humidity issues and smelled like a basement. Outside the hotel the street felt pretty unsafe, there was a lot going on every evening and night. We also got the impression that some rooms were cleaned better than the others and those that were not cleaned so well might have got dirty towels and sheets.

  Never back to this hotel

  I am very sorry for writing only now. It was such a bad hotel that I will never forget those days. It was so dirty , so cold and the staff was so unwelcoming. But all these are nothing compared to what happened on the last day. One of the staff members hid his mobile and blamed us in robbing it. He thought we would be frightened and would pay him, but it remained only a dream for him. I made him tell where his mobile was. I decided to tell about because iI read the previous reviews and understood that they do it all the time with everybody. I am very sorry that I didn’t write it earlier. It would prevent others from being in that situation. I am sure that we are not the only clients that experienced it. Please response and help orhers. Make them close .

  Hotel which lies to people

  i hate my vacation because of this hotel. The staff of that hotel made our life a chaos. They demanded the city tax for the second time, they thought that we wouldn’t understand what we were paying, but they were trying to rob. Then just before aur leaving the hotel one of those staff robbers said to us that we had stolen his mobile. He tried to frighten us that he could call a police and we would lose our flight. But there was a phone call and we listened the sound. Avoid going this hotel which is so dirty, so cold and no light.
