  HOTEL IS CLOSED‼️❌ AVOID THIS, and read my reviews!!!! -0 rate

  This Hotel is already CLOSED❌‼️we checked-in last July 12,2023 thru TRAVELLINK.. In our booking we paid for breakfast and airconditioner, but the owner has a bad attitude and dont speak English well, when i ask for aircon that night, He said, €10 pr night, we showed him the reciept from travellink but he insisted that its not included, next morning i ask for breakfast, but He said NO BFAST, HOTEL CLOSED😡 and yes we found out that the hotel was already closed a month before we arrived, the next day “NO HOUSEKEEPING, pillow are so dirty and some blood on the besheets from other guests(theyneverchangeditbeforewecame) so avoid this Hotel, Owner are so unpro.. find better hotel, not this one!!

  A literal disappointment

  Quite disappointed. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfy and the room, although not quite spacious, was okay. But the overall experience was horrendous. Upon check-in (around 3pm) the receptionist noticed that we do not speak Italian well and he did not know any English so we were unable to understand everything he said. During our 3 night stay we were only given new towels once. The reception is not 24 hours (so there was no one to check us out-9am). A number was written by reception door but noone picked up so there was no one to return the keys back, the cylinder was faulty and our key into the building was not working (we had to ask the bar next door to open for us), inside the bathroom our shower had no door even though it was clear that this was broken and never arranged due to the hinges. Also, there was an AC in the room but no AC remote- and no one at reception to ask for. On our last night before bed there was NO hot water. We let the water run for a few mins hoping the hot water would come in but only freezing water was coming out. Opening the window in the room/bathroom was out of the question due to the terrible drainage smell coming in from the shaft area. But was I am most disappointed of is this: there is NO BREAKFAST even though the hotel's main marketing image is their terrace. We were given a small paper with a street name where we could take breakfast (only 3 mins away). We were disappointed because we would have chosen somewhere else if we had known this prior rather than stating you give breakfast and then disappointing your customers.

  We eventually got to stay here is Sep as we have had to change the dates a couple of times because of covid , We booked the hotel as it was close to everything and included breakfast When we got there, we were told there is no breakfast anymore, so I asked if we were going to be given some of our money back to pay for breakfast elsewhere, I was told very abruptly No , I was then told I had to pay the City tax again even though it clearly stated on our invoice that it was included , I gave up as I wasn't getting anywhere and just getting upset, we asked if they had any cups so we could make a cuppa in the morning but they had nothing , so we went to the local supermarket to get some bits as we weren't expecting this extra expense, we even brought Cups so we could have a drink in the morning ( we had taken our own kettle ) we bumped into the owner again who started to have a rant at us in the middle of the street , later he came to our room and we thought he was offering us a voucher for the restaurant next door so we could get breakfast , but when we checked with the restaurant there was nothing , the next morning we doubled checked with the reception if there was a voucher but the man on the desk new nothing about it , and said you need to ask the owner as he had said that the owner walked in , we tried to ask him but he was talking to a delivery man it turned out about us the delivery man spoke English and he told us the owner wasn't happy , with that the owner started shouting and telling us to give him our keys and leave, The whole thig wasn't the best experience. The rooms were basic but clean, great location, they are still saying Breakfast Included but there is nowhere to do Breakfast so don't be fooled , Reception is open 9am until about 3/4 pm so if you're arriving after this there is no way to get in or your Keys,Air conditioning is also meant to be included but when you get there its 10 Euros a night extra and it really does get warm.This isn't a hotel anymore I think they class it more as a Hostel.We stayed 3 Nights and had to make our own bed and keep the same towels and 1 Toilet roll was in the bathroom.

  Stayed here last week. Not as advertised on booking site. Room was clean bed comfortable. Shower good. Brilliant location. Arrrrr now here we go. Aircon charged at 10 euros a day. No 24 hr reception. No soap or toiletries. And the reason we booked it roof top terrace for breakfast.... There wasn't one we had to walk five minutes round corner to Caffè for lukewarm coffee small glass of juice and rock hard croissant. Disappointed so ate at Cafe next door. Yummy 😋

  I stayed at this hotel for the second time - last was February 2020. I booked direct and asked for a specific room if possible and a twin bedded. I did inform the accommodation I would be arriving around 10pm. Reception was closed and we went to the restaurant next door. We were given a double, not suitable for two guys and had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to come and sort out. Firstly the manager was going to ask us to leave, a mis-understanding, I think. He wanted money up front and sorted out the accommodation. His attitude was not hospitable - the hotel do not do breakfast in the rooftop and you are given a voucher for a pastry and coffee at a cafe 400 metres away. It is close to the metro/Termini but too expensive for a two star. I will not return and do not recommend.
