    I mistakenly booked the hotel believing it was overlooking the Vatican, but the night before arrival realized it was overlooking a Basilica adjacent to Rome's central park which is a 20 minute Uber ride to the Spanish steps in downtown Rome,, Happy to have made this mistake as Rome has become overrun with tourist and this Hotel offers a quiet getaway,, The hotel is not the typical courtyard you find in the states but was a hotel that had been purchased and renovated by Marriott.. The hotel staff is excellent as is the restaurant,, Should we return to Rome we will head back to this hotel to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome,,

    I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Rome Central Park and had a genuinely positive experience. The hotel delivered a strong combination of comfort, convenience, and attentive service throughout my visit.Spacious Room with Balcony The room offered plenty of space to settle in comfortably, and the balcony added an extra touch that made the stay feel more relaxed. It was a pleasant place to unwind after a day out in the city.Convenient Access to Gemelli Train Station and Parco del PinetoThe proximity to Gemelli train station made travelling around Rome straightforward and efficient. Having such easy access to transport helped keep the trip running smoothly. It is also very close to Parco del Pineto, a beautiful park with amazing views of the city and St. Peter's Basilica!Great Selection of Restaurants Nearby There are numerous very good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Having so many options close by made meals simple and enjoyable each day.Very Good Breakfast Breakfast was consistently fresh and well‑presented, with a wide selection available each morning. It provided a reliable and enjoyable start to the day.Friendly and Welcoming Staff The staff were warm, professional, and consistently helpful.     We came here for 5 days, to visit Roma. All the staff was amazing, the room was very clean, breakfast staf very prompt and profesional. The place is very close to the tub station. I recomande this place for everyone!

    Enjoyed our stay over New Year's Day

    We had a great time with a large group of American marching band students to this hotel for one week over New Year's. Great view of the fireworks over the city, and the staff were very polite considering there were over 100 teenagers in their hotel. I didn't venture out without the group, but we felt safe at this hotel, and the accommodations were very nice (King size bed, ensuite bath). I'm including pictures of the outlets in the rooms for future American travelers.     We stayed here as a group of 300 HS band kids and families, as we were participating in the Rome New Year’s Day Parade! We had every room available. The restaurant staff went above and beyond constantly bringing hot food out for the breakfast buffets. Excellent party room in the basement where we held a private New Year’s Eve party. Rooms are a good size except for the ones that end in 25. very small and no balcony. Rooms on one side of hotel have balconies that face the city and St Peter’s Basilica Dome. Was amazing watching NYE fireworks from 5th floor balcony! One complaint is that for the last 2 days of our stay, housekeeping never cleaned our rooms, made the beds or changed the towels (we left them on the floor, as instructed).
