    We stayed here for 3 nights with a tour group (through Tripadeal Australia). We knew it would be a bit far from the centre of Rome and we were ok with that. It's about €30 to taxi back into Rome.The breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are clean. Disappointingly, they didn't provide actual cups and glasses in the room but rather use plastic or paper disposal cups for drinking. On our third night, no cups were replaced. On requesting a couple of cups at reception, because they weren't replaced when the room was cleaned, a rather dismissive guy told us that they do not replace them daily. This seemed a bit weird and we felt like we had to press the guy to gets some cups. He then sent us over to the bar to grab a couple and the barman was a bit confused with our request for cups, but did oblige. Also no milk or creamer was provided for coffee at all in our room for the 3 day stay. This is only a little gripe but it did disappoint us that such a simple request was greeted with such off-handedness. The balance of the staff were pretty good.
