    Definately worth a look

    We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. First the high notes. It is generally quiet with at least our room completely on interior windows so no street noise. Our room, a small suite with sitting area had a great shower (within the bedroom), very comfortable bed, great linens, refrigerator which was restocked with juice boxes, waters, milk daily (included) along with packages of biscotti. It is right in the middle of high end shopping if that interests you. Steps from the Spanish steps. Restaurants everywhere. Small supermarkets nearby. Now the downside. The "wall" separating the bedroom from the sitting room was a metal grate with door of same material. No sound of light proofing. The sitting area had one chair for sitting and reading so the second person was left with sofa like seating in an alcove. Neither seating space was great for morning coffee. An effort was clearly made to make the space interesting, artsy and different. It chieved those ends but sacrificed convenience.

    An excellent choice if you want to stay near Via Condotti. The decor is chic, and the hotel has all the things that are important to us when we travel: excellent mattress /pillows / towels, good water pressure in the shower, great location, helpful staff, and drinks and coffee as needed. Gerald was particularly helpful, and a delight to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Gerald!

    A perfectly located gem

    This guest house is an absolute gem. Its location could hardly be more perfect, being within easy walking distance of pretty much all the major tourist destinations in Rome. It is also very close to a multitude of bars, cafés and restaurants. Elegant shops abound in nearby streets. Our room was very comfortable indeed and impeccably clean, with discreet daily service. A plentiful supply of soft and alcoholic drinks was constantly available. But the true magic was personified by our host, Gerald, a native of Paris and long time resident of Rome. His advice on how we might use our time in Rome was invaluable. Indeed, but for him we would have seen a poor fraction of what we did see. Those places off the beaten track were simply exquisite. If you feel the need for all the services of a hotel then don't stay here. But if you are content to enjoy a stunning base such as this and find your own catering arrangements, Crossing Condotti is a spectacular choice.

    What a gem of a boutique hotel/ guest house in Rome! Location! Location! Location!This boutique hotel was just perfect for our 5 night stay. Situated in a Vibey location just a few steps away from so many cafes/ restaurants and bistros. Situated in an amazing shopping district of Rome with designer shops just around the corner and the Spanish steps. Room: Charming, cozy room which has everything you need. Luxury Bedding and towels. Loccitane amenities in the bathroom were a treat. Room a bit on the small size. However in Rome you are touring most of the time. Kitchenette with fully stocked fridge with beverages were such a treat. Hosts:Very friendly and kind hosts Francesco and Gerald. Who greeted us with a smile and carried our bags up the stairs. Gerald was super helpful with advice/ tips and even calling our next hotel for us. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for your stay in Rome!

    Crossing Condotti is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome. The location just by the Spanish Steps is unbeatable and chic. Rooms feel calm, elegant and private with an eye for detail.The management and staff are genuinely welcoming, incredibly helpful with recommendations, helping with luggage and marking the best local restaurants and sights. Staying here turned a great trip into a truly memorable experience, and returning to Crossing Condotti will be an easy choice on the next visit to Rome.
