    Apartment hotel 2nd floor

    Approx 15 min away from Vatican in a suburban apartment block. Located on the 2nd floor which luckily there is a lift in the building to lug the bags up. Close to a newsstand that you can buy bus tickets from. Supermarket close by too with an awesome dinner restaurant Boris to the right of the hotel. Friendly helpful service. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and all have showers no baths. Breakfast area very small so each room does have a table and chairs set up to accommodate for overcrowding.

    Unfortunately very lacking in cleaning. Flies and insects in the room due to poor hygiene. Breakfast let's say "minimalist" but ok let's move on. The guy at the reception very kind, but this can't be enough. Housekeeping is very neglected.After the cappuccino I ask for a toast, a lady throws away the cigarette she was smoking and puts the toast on the plate! However, in the rooms it says "strictly no smoking", but already at 7 in the morning the smell of the cigarettes they smoke arrives. For the rest it's fine.     The worst experience of my life

    The place impresses from the moment you arrive. This site is located in an office building and one of them is this hotel? Lodging house? I don't even know what to call it. The room is much smaller than the photos, the one they gave us had a bad smell, full of dust and the view was of the building's ragpickers. Our reservation was for three nights and on the first night I couldn't sleep because of the smell and the dust allergy. As the site is a single office with rooms, all the noises of the place are felt. The next day when we asked to cancel the reservation he mentioned the only person who works there. That I couldn't do anything, that if we didn't want to continue there we could leave or I would call the police if we continued to complain about the same thing.     Great expectations for visiting Rome! Frustration for such uncomfortable room

    Top location. Clean and well maintained. Just don’t book the mini-small-twin room if you not alone! Breakfast very limited. Missing pictures of the teeny room with two beds, on website, so you’ll know before you go!
